I don’t really recommend this hotel to foreign travellers due to its poor facilities and bad customer’s service. There is also a mold issue around the tap. For a room with this price, the issues above are not common.

Everything is very good, the service is good, the hotel is in a good location, directly accessible from Shanghai Railway Station Line 4, half an hour subway ride, 100 meters from Gate 8 to the hotel. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the most beautiful jogging path in Shanghai, and 2 stops to the Oriental Pearl Tower on Line 14.

The front desk staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy. I stayed here for the half marathon. I left at 5:30 and was given breakfast. I could check out at 2:00, which was very considerate. I will stay here again if I win the lottery in the second half of the year.

The first room door could not be locked, so a technician was arranged to repair it on site. I was confused by the logic of this operation. The room condition should be ensured before the guest checks in, instead of the guest waiting for repairs; the fixing point of the screen window of the second room replaced had fallen off, and I was too impatient to replace it.
