Great location, just right next to Tiantong station (Line 10) and a 10min walk along the river to the Bund. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and service was impeccable. Highly recommended!

Unpleasant smell the moment out from corridor to the room. Carpet is stained and dirty. During check in, 2 young receptionists are rather blurred, took quite awhile to check our passports and etc. Fortunately only stay for a night.

定的鐘點房，一夜火車，早晨到酒店洗個澡，很舒服。酒店位置非常好，就在地鐵12號線天潼路旁邊，3號口出來左手邊就是。在地鐵站口的麥當勞吃了早餐，元氣滿滿的一天！

五一帶孩子去上海玩，去之前對比了很多酒店，最後決定選擇天潼路這家全季，全家人都很滿意，位置很好不在那麼繁華人多的步行街，但一站地非常方便。地鐵出來就是酒店大門很好。下次去還會選擇。
