Overall, it's a good place for the price, but the elevators are very slow, and the shower was broken (why would they provide a room with a broken shower??) As proof of their lack of attention , the picture on the wall was hung upside down, hah! I'd stay again but I would check the room first.

Staffs quiet friendly and helpful. We can ordered foods and delivered by robots. But location abit far from Metro station. Cleaner team quiet good and nice ... 1st day we asked if can get 4 bottles of water then the rest of the days automatically gave us 4 bottles ..appreciated ! Near hotel have family mart that convenience for us, and also have local foods just walk for 3-5 mins Hotel provide laundry for free that you can use daily ^_^

I wholeheartedly recommend Citadines for its breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and welcoming staff.

Located in convenient location to downtown and Hongqiao transport hub. Stayed in 2 bedroom room. Hotel needs to be cleaned and painted. Wall and windows were not clean.

The staff are super helpful and the hotel is clean and well located. Panyu road and anfu road are nearby. The room was upgraded. I will stay here again .

The receptionist is not helpful at all and there is one lady who is very good, but the majority service is bad. No smile at all.

Hotel was good and amazing, but location is rather far away from the nearest metro station. Takes about 16 mins walk away from the metro station. Apart from that, the hotel reception is really helpful!
