The hotel was great, clean, with delicious breakfast and washing machine for free! The receptionist did not speak English, but helped us with everything via translator. The hotel is 3 bus stops away from the airport. But for exploring the city I think it is not a good choice, it is quite far far from everything else. And they have a cool robot, that brings your orders directly to the room!

Overall the stay was good! They offer a pick up service but i wasn’t able to use that facility because i arrived way too late.

Closed to Shanghai South station. Not too much you can do. Picked this hotel because my train left early the next morning. They also provide airport pick up and drop off. But you have to book in advance.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. 😍 Everything is fine. Only the staff does not speak English.

This hotel is well worth the money with just one real drawback: it’s not close to anything. The rooms were fine;large enough,well-equipped and clean.The staff were friendly and went out of the way to assist a foreigner with little Chinese. But… the nearest subway is @3km.Makes for a long trip to get to points of interest.Bus stops are @500meters away.

The toiletries are not in the room, but are given by the front desk after checking in. It's the first time I've seen this. It's not very good and inconvenient. The mouthwash cup is a disposable paper cup. It's not very hygienic to put it open directly. It's recommended to put a cup cover on it. There are few types of breakfast. The front desk said that breakfast is to take the room card. As a result, I went there in the morning, and the restaurant waiter was sitting inside. I asked if I didn't need to swipe the room card, but he ignored me. I asked twice, and then he said that I didn't need to swipe it and I could just go in directly. Then the noodles inside were all cold. The airport pick-up does not pick up at Terminal 1. It costs 40 yuan to take a taxi here, which is a bit expensive. The hotel is not easy to find. It's inside. You have to go through a small alley. It's at the back. There's nothing around. It's quite remote. The room is not soundproofed. I was woken up by the sound of opening and closing the door in the morning. Next time I come here, I probably won't stay here. It's inconvenient overall and not recommended

The room is not big, but it is enough for 2 people. The bedding is clean, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hot and cold water is large, and it is cheap and good quality. Special mention should be made about the breakfast. There are many buffet foods and fruits, and the transportation is convenient.

It's very close to the No. 71 bus stop. There was no noise when I checked in. The room was relatively clean and tidy.

It was convenient, about 10 minutes by taxi from Hongqiao Airport. Although the accommodation fee was cheap, it was a good value for money, with a clean room and breakfast service included. I will stay again.
