It's our 1st time staying in Seclusive, and we chose to celebrate my 50th birthday here (we're from Singapore). In our 6 days trip in Shanghai, this is the 3rd hotel we've stayed for 3 nights. We booked 2 rooms - a suite and a king-sized bedroom. Talk about the downside first. The suite (on the 2nd floor) is spacious with a terrace, however the king-sized bedroom (on the ground floor) was extremely small, it will not be suitable if you're a 6 footer at all (you'd probably be knocking your knee to alot of things). Since it is an old structured building, the sewerage system is no good (toilets in both our rooms were choked and needed attention). The staircase to the level 2 was really steep with uneven carpet. They should also plan to hire more (& younger) housekeeping staff as cleaning up the rooms takes longer than expected, we waited on the day of check-in as well as when we were out for lunch (2 hours). Now on the good things! Location is great as it is walking distance to alot of shops, cafes, restaurants. We reckon that this is a 'hot' and 'social influencer' locality with lotsa crowd taking photos and vids. What made the stay MOST PLEASANT and MEMORABLE is the staff named Ace, true to his name - he was truly a superstar with top-notch service and attitude, the type you'd think never exist in this world! From settling the laundry (with an external vendor), booking cars, restaurants reservations, birthday-surprise decor to the room, all coordination with external vendors and many more! Last but not least - with a bright smile at all times! If at all we decide to be back, its only because of Ace!

Treasure Garden Hotel in Shanghai A week before coming to Shanghai, I did my homework at home and made a lot of choices. I chose this hotel online and booked two rooms. I was really surprised when I entered the hotel, with green grass, century-old camphor trees, beautiful villas, and the garden full of sweet-scented osmanthus. The room is so beautiful, the view outside the window is pleasant, there are flowers and welcome fruits. The bedding is of high quality, the mattress is comfortable, and the room is quiet and clean. There are free capsule coffee and Snickers bars. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. In the evening, it is very pleasant to take a walk in the garden. The hotel service was very warm and thoughtful. A handsome and elegant man wearing glasses drove us around the hotel park in a battery car. He was very funny and polite. He explained everything from the architectural history of the hotel to the encyclopedia knowledge of various plants in the park. I hope the hotel will give you praise! The breakfast restaurant and room service are good and very service-minded. It was a very happy stay experience. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Shanghai.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Assisting me in ordering food delivery, ordering didi (cab/taxi) and also with my luggages. Special thanks to the very thoughtful house keeping lady, I think her surname is Fang, who is on duty from Dec 4th till 9th on the 11th floor. She put in extra effort and try her best to help my colleague from Philippines even with language barrier. Love the location as well, very near the subway station, beautiful surroundings during Autumn, a lot of locals and non local restaurants. Convenient location.

Old-fashioned decoration but excellent maintenance🉐️! It’s quite hygienic for a mysophobic person! I live nearby and chose to live here because my house was renovated for convenience. I often pass by it and thought it was very old, but I was pleasantly surprised when I moved in. It is much better than the Dragon Dream that I also lived in at home for repairs a few years ago! The only drawback of the room is that the space is relatively small, but the price is quite affordable and it is enough for one person. Good review 👍

Before leaving for Shanghai, I looked at and compared many hotels in Shanghai, but they were either too expensive or had small rooms or small bathrooms. Then I suddenly saw this hotel, which was moderately priced and had a large room, so I booked it. I was not disappointed. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, just opposite the Wukang Building. Fortunately, the window of our room was facing the Wukang Building. It was very convenient to check in at the Wukang Building or take a walk on Wukang Road. The hotel is also very close to the subway station, which can be reached by walking a straight road, so it is very convenient to go to many places. The room is also very clean and tidy, and the bathroom space is large enough. My friend and I are very satisfied. The front desk service of the hotel is also very good. I went down to the front desk for help at more than 1 o'clock in the morning, and the front desk was able to help solve the problem immediately, which is very good.

I booked a few nights with high expectations. The hotel is a garden villa type bungalow. The external environment is well created and the photo effect is good (see picture). It is recommended for guests who like to take photos. It can be beautiful~ The hotel's internal facilities are a bit unsatisfactory. The room is too small, there is no mirror, the sockets are unreasonable, the bed is also very soft, there is only one pillow, and there is no place to put the big luggage. We barely fit two small suitcases in the bathroom. It's so small that it can't be separated from wet and dry, and it's a little difficult to turn around. Hehe, we are still slim and find it very inconvenient. This is the fault of the hotel. Fortunately, there is an elevator, but parking is inconvenient. Personally I feel that if you have requirements for the quality of your stay, check in with caution. There is really no experience at all, and the price is not cheap! The butler service is still in place, responsive to all requests, and can handle any problems in a timely manner. Milk and fruit biscuits are delivered to the room. The breakfast environment is good, with noodles and sandwiches to choose from, which can make you full. The environment is beautiful, but the facilities are flawless!

The aunt and the front desk are very enthusiastic ❤️, thank you very much! ! ! The hotel is located in a downtown area, because it is a main road, there are busy traffic 24 hours a day, and there is a loud bang of large trucks outside the window 24 hours. Close the window and wear earplugs. I still feel like living on the main road. The overpass at the entrance does not have a ramp for pulling suitcases, which is inconsistent with Shanghai. It is not close to the Jiangsu Road subway station and the road is potholes. The traffic police under the bridge fined pedestrians 20 yuan because they did not take the overpass.

Sure enough, as the name is taken. City Yin, big hidden in the city. This is the most different urban homestay I have ever stayed in. This big yard, this big fireplace, lying in the sun in the afternoon, listening to the sound of running water, emptying yourself, enjoying the moment. This can no longer be simply called a homestay, a paradise in the city center. The landlord is very polite, and I am embarrassed to take one bite of you. All my questions are answered in seconds. The bed was very comfortable and there was a fragrance in the room. The key is that sleeping is particularly quiet, which is what I care about the most. Come live again in two weeks.

Traditional hotel. The advantage is that it is in the Shanghai Jiaotong University campus. It is a tourist experience to visit the school. The trees such as sweet-scented osmanthus, ginkgo and other trees are lush and very quiet. The various wooden ship models in Dong Haoyun's collection are particularly wonderful, the characters are wonderful and the work is excellent.

Service: 10/10. My mum and I were greeted at reception with warm tea and snacks. Honey (张小姐) added us on Wechat (Chinese social media) and provided us with food times and amenities for our stay. Location: 10/10 Amazing location. It's around 15 minutes walk from WuKang building which is the start of the famous Shanghai Citywalk. The hotel is 9 minutes walk from the closest metro (HengShanLu). Hotel: Perfect 👌🏼 We were given floor level 21 and had SPECTACULAR views. Absolutely superb. 💯 Food: Buffet breakfast. Afternoon OR evening tea included. Plus 1 bowl of noodle at night. What more can you ask for?! 10/10. Overall, I will recommend friends and family to stay. If you are deciding, stop & book right now!

This was a great find. We stayed here with two adults and an 8 and 6 year old. Mostly we were impressed with the service and how quick the owner was to respond to our needs. We enjoyed the area and the 10 min walk to the subway passed a few good eateries though it was a little outside downtown. Warning! Don't try to take a cab during rush hour. Take the subway or walk it! Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter likes Bajin's text, so she took me to visit Bajin's former residence, which caused the interest of the children. I didn't expect it, but it became the biggest surprise of this trip! The first thing that was attracted was the name of this homestay ”Dusk”, which coincided with the time we were looking for a house. The so-called ”Dusk Yizhu does not return”, so live here. The customer service girl is very intimate, the navigation is very accurate, and it is an unexpected joy: the homestay community is called ”Bole Courtyard”! My daughter is very happy: ”It seems that this year's high school exam must be smooth, because I found Bole!” The stay experience is very good: there are such quiet rooms in the city center, close to the bustling Huaihai Middle Road and the quiet Huashan Road, very close to the subway station, Shanghai Library, etc., surrounded by supermarkets, bars, tea houses, cafes, Chinese and Western restaurants. Turn around, the shadow of the dusk tree mottled, the house is comfortable and warm, make a cup of coffee, open a light music, with the warm lighting in the room, read a leisure book, it is really stealing half a day of leisure. Very suitable for City walk transportation is also convenient On the first day, I went to Wukang Building, Anfu Road, and it was very convenient to take Metro Line 10. It’s also very pleasant on the large terrace of the room. 😌 The weather is very good these days. You can get the sun when you get up. 🌅 They are all very good. The landlord sister is also very good. 兩個字：驚喜！三個字：很乾凈！四個字：審美絕了！前一晚外灘公寓踩雷後，第二晚的小洋房深怕也是實際與圖片不符。結果入住後是喜出望外，乾淨衞生不説，床品還十分舒服，房東審美更是一流，裝修風格協調統一，恰到好處，感覺房子裏沒有一樣東西是多餘存在的。在室內拍照，氛圍感滿分，十分出片。跟房東反饋屋內沒有礦泉水，沒多久就送了好幾箱過來，解決問題及時。事事有迴應，服務滿分。房子位置也很好，安福路附近可逛的地方挺多，強烈推薦給要來上海的朋友。
