This is a newly opened hotel. I chose this place because the hotel environment and facilities are relatively new. This time I experienced that it is indeed the case. The room is spacious and clean, and there is free parking. The hotel is convenient for shopping and entertainment. Joy City, Changfeng Park, Kintetsu Plaza and Global Harbor are all nearby. The service of the hotel staff is very enthusiastic, from the doorman to the concierge to the front desk, they are proactive and enthusiastic. The newly opened Hyatt has good hardware facilities and beautiful design. If you are a traveler, the current price of just over 1k, the hardware and the location are cost-effective. But there are a few very problematic areas! First, the service attitude is not good (only at the front desk). The service attitude of other hotel staff is online, but the service attitude of the hotel's front desk, including the manager, is very lacking. Including when checking in and checking out, the attitude towards receiving customers is cold. Secondly, when checking out, they were not told when the deposit would be returned. After many days of no response, I called the hotel to ask why the deposit was not returned, and clearly informed the hotel that, regardless of whether the deposit was refunded or not, they would at least respond to my current question. But after 24 hours, I did not receive any form of reply (during this period, I even contacted the hotel through Ctrip). Personally, I think that deposit refund is a very small thing and the amount is not large, but not informing the customer of the basic situation and not responding to the customer's request is a very unprofessional thing. Third, the room is not well soundproofed and the sound from the corridor is very clear. No matter morning or evening, as long as someone opens or closes the door on this floor, the sound can be heard in the room.

Service was great! All hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Within hotel is manageable for wheelchair accessibility, but the ramp outside would be way too steep to use a wheelchair. Room design was a little strange due to the open window of room into bathroom, but it has an easily lowerable curtain that makes it a non-issue. Breakfast has a wide variety of food from dim sum to freshly cooked noodle soup upon asking and plenty of other things as well, mostly Chinese breakfast options like congee and such, but also bread and jam as well.

This hotel blew me away!!! Wow! ❤️🥂. The stuff is so warm and so professional, they make all their guests feel special from the moment you enter their very aesthetically pleasing door leading to the lobby. They rushed to handle our suitcases, offered us amazing tea and sweets whilst checking us in. The interior is contemporary with warm lighting for cosy images if you love taking pictures like myself. They showed us to our rooms and opened the door and still put our suitcases in the room for us. The rooms are amazing and they treated us to tangerines and bananas and showed us how to use the room facilities. I wish I took everyone’s name including the humble guard. Angela in particular was kind enough to take pictures of me. Their buffet style breakfast was so amazing and the restaurant is big and feels so expensive. I would love to stay here again!

I stayed here a few times before the epidemic, and it was the first time I stayed after the epidemic. It still tastes the same as before. The Hema downstairs, which was still being renovated when I lived before, is now open; the Line 14, which was still under construction downstairs, is also connected, and the exit is very close to the hotel. The room is very large, and there are only a few households on each floor. It is very quiet. Since there are mostly long-term tenants, there are simple kitchen utensils, microwaves, ovens, washing machines, refrigerators, and coffee machines. The gym has basic equipment and there are few people. Downstairs is Igo Plaza, a cinema and restaurants. There are all department stores, which basically meet my needs. The only fly in the ointment is that the service life is long and the furniture decoration style is a bit old, but I don't care about these (very cautious about this point). In addition, I would like to give the hotel a small opinion. Other electrical appliances are okay. It would be perfect if the TV can be replaced with a newer model (the current estimate is 20 years ago) All in all, I will stay here again, it is more in line with my needs🤗
