我想好好説一下頌讚林卡因為我以後都不會再選擇住頌讚了，從入住第一刻注意到的房間的不衞生情況，到大部分酒店工作人員的服務敷衍態度及早餐10點準迫不及待的收攤儀態，都讓我覺得與這個價位的酒店不相匹配。我們住了兩個晚上，第二天的早餐9點多去的，坐到了10點多，但是一到10點就聽到看到服務人員迫不及待開始收食物，當時還有挺多客人剛到不久，還在吃早飯的。尊重酒店的早餐時間，但是大部分酒店會提醒客人早餐即將結束，提醒客人再收拾吧？ 入住期間幾次前往前台詢問不同問題，大部分工作人員都不會主動笑臉相迎，而是要等到被問到才會幫助，前台如此，餐廳也是如此，衹有我們的管家和一位餐廳工作人員比較客氣，服務到位。整個住宿體驗，最令人滿意的就是附贈的頌讚林寺的嚮導講解，嚮導非常專業，盡責，認真地給大家講解他看到的學到的理解到的藏族佛學。

這次是一個人獨自旅行，以前聽朋友給我推薦，如果去香格里拉或者進藏的路途上一定要去打卡松贊系列酒店。這次我就剛好有機會去香格里拉，所以毫不猶豫的就選擇了松贊林卡酒店。嗯，總體的印象是特別好，超出了我的預期，主要是在硬件方面，不論從酒店整體的設計，還有房間的硬件設施都很到位，房間有彌散式的氧氣，有地暖，非常暖和，所有的傢俱都是實木打造的，特別有厚重，質樸的質感。純藏式的風格。酒店衞生間的洗手枱以及洗手盆還有水龍頭都是黃銅製作的，聽他們酒店的服務人員説，這些都是他們自己的銅匠師傅打造的。酒店裡邊還有始祖鳥的一個專賣店，還有諾樂的專賣店。晚上還可以有天文老師帶着你觀星。每天晚上酒店會貼心的送一杯銀耳湯是用保温杯裝好，放在房間裏。特別貼心。因為酒店離松贊林寺很近，所以每天早上8:55都會有一位特別專業的管家帶着客人從松贊林寺的後門進去做整體的參觀，講解的也特別好。這些都是讓我感到特別驚艷和不一樣的體會。酒店也有自己的周邊的商品，比如説他們自己用的瓷器，還有黃銅製品，還有唐卡，還有白馬老師自己收藏的一些藝術品都有拿來在不同的店鋪裏做展示和售賣。挺值得看一看，瞭解藏族的文化。美中不足的就是酒店服務人員的服務意識跟國際連鎖的酒店來比還是有距離，但是總體來説還是值得推薦。

這絕對是我會再來的一家酒店！酒店就在松贊林寺旁邊 地理位置絕佳！整個酒店都是藏式風格 房間整潔 床品舒適。有接送旅客的服務，到酒店後會貼心的準備下午茶和小甜點 接待我們的得吉追格小姐姐很貼心，熱情周到。昨天是我朋友的生日 沒想到酒店居然還準備了驚喜，送了精美的蛋糕，準備了哈達，還有手寫的祝福賀卡！
酒店的早餐味道也不錯，吃完早餐，會有酒店的工作人員帶領我們去松贊林寺參觀並講解，小哥哥講解的很詳細 讓我們對藏式文化和歷史有了更深的認知，再次非常感謝這些工作人員給了我們很好的體驗！

（尾記：滿滿的感動。同時因為松贊林卡在這麼神聖的地方，處於自然環境的寶藏地。我自己作為esg的推崇者，觀察到松贊林卡的一個小小的漏洞，也希望往後松贊林卡能夠做得更好。那就是酒店裡所用的車子包括接駁車，每每坐在上面的時候，聞到巨大的尾氣味，燒油燒的很厲害。希望未來能夠考慮用電車代替燃油車，作為酒店裡接送客人的代步工具，減少對環境的污染，感恩）

不愧是松贊，位置絕佳，設施完備，還有專職導遊小馬帶着到松贊林寺參觀講解，很專業可以參觀，松贊博物館也很贊，服務人員態度都非常好，管家麗稱卓瑪也很貼心，全程被照顧的很好。

高原地區特有的奢華酒店品牌，服務不錯，位置很好，就在松贊林寺後面。下午茶藏式特色很美味，也打卡了海拔最高始祖鳥。房間藏式風格，像是住進了藏民的家。最特別的是床品，柔軟舒適，在輕微高反的情況下都睡的非常好。
