Best location in old town with nice view. Food is excellent. The staff can speak English and if they don’t, they are willing to help.

had a pleasant stay at Hotel Indigo Shangri-La. The breakfast spread was great with a good variety of options to start the day right. However, the kitchen menu between 3–5pm was very limited, and service was quite slow during that period — I was told there was only one kitchen staff on duty.
The hotel’s location is excellent, situated right outside the ancient town, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area without the crowds. Just 10 minutes from the hotel, there’s a fantastic foot spa located right below the property. I strongly recommend it — the quality is as good as those in major cities.
A special shout-out to Daisy at the reception. Her service was fantastic — warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also provides portable oxygen, which was very efficient and reassuring at this altitude.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with standout front-desk service, though the afternoon dining experience could be improved.

設施：抵達時發現酒店就在獨克宗古城旁，一路上山，如果沒有車子走上去非常費勁，辦理入住的地方非常侷促，連座位都衹能走到大堂吧才有，同伴辦理時衹能一直站着，本來就是高原地區，這點設計非常不應該，酒店房間前面還在裝修，白天如果待在房間就非常吵，即使面對着美景也很煩躁
服務：入住前打電話給前台諮詢氧氣瓶的問題，小哥説的也沒錯，但聽起來讓我覺得非常諷刺和不耐煩，辦理入住時由於輸入密碼錯誤沒及時到賬，小哥顯得很不耐煩、不信任顧客，所謂的送站服務要提前24h約，也是蠻離譜的，如果衹住一天也享受不到，我也懶得計較，自己約個車更方便些，但是退房時一位小姐姐條理清晰服務到位，也算是小小彌補了一下吧，非常棒🥰
特別要誇一下幫忙拿取行李的小哥，爬上爬下熱情好客，也讓這個旅途多一些人情味兒
😅中餐廳：被氣笑了的是，魚上上來沒熟😅默默端下去重新上（如圖），也沒有一句道歉🤨
早餐品類也很少，總之非常不應該，這個酒店佔地面積完全夠，設計的時候根本沒有考慮長遠，隨隨便便裝了個修拉倒，培訓也不到位，白瞎好位置😒

酒店環境舒適，細節滿滿，各方服務響應很快！去古城很方便，就是回酒店那個斜坡有點難走。早餐豐富，挺多本地的美食。 彌散式供氧，能睡個安穩覺。 謝謝前台的小哥哥，讓我家人有個難忘的生日體驗。

This hotel probably has the most stunning view of Dukezhong ancient city and its surroundings. It is very conveniently located - just a short 10 minutes walk to Dukezhong. The hotel staff are very responsive and friendly as well. Would totally stay here when I visit Shangri-la again.

非常好的酒店，21年開業的時候就來過，當初就被這裏的景色吸引，酒店大堂拍照非常出片，房間有氧氣供應，很先進的攜帶氧氣瓶，房間看出去能看到大金桶，房間小冰箱免費，戴森吹風機，地暖，處處體現五星級的品質，很喜歡英迪格酒店

老牌酒店，裝修非常有心思，給我們的房間正對古城，餐廳最讓人驚喜，分量十足，味道正宗，早餐是這麼多餐廳裡頭品種最豐富的，雖然樣式不是很多，但是集齊了傣式、滇式，藏式和西餐的精品出品，非常的高端又非常的有地方特色，一個值得來美食餐廳。
