The location of the hotel is quite good. It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It's very close to all the attractions. You can walk to Longyan South Road. If you want to go to the small park, you can ride a shared electric car. It's super convenient. There were a lot of people staying at the hotel during the Chinese New Year, so the price was much more expensive than usual, and the waiters were too busy. Originally, when we checked in for the first night of two nights, the room card was entered for me for one night. I went to the front desk to enter it again. However, if you have the opportunity to come to Shantou next time, I still recommend staying here. The price/performance ratio must be very high.

The transportation is relatively convenient, but there is no parking lot, which is more troublesome. The overall sanitary environment is average. For a twin room that costs more than 100 yuan, you get what you pay for.

After staying for three nights, I saw that the service desk was unattended when I entered and exited the hotel. If I needed to call someone, every service staff member had an expressionless face. There was even a woman who had a bad attitude towards guests and spoke in a very rude tone. The room They all only had air-conditioned quilts. The temperature was too low at night. I asked for extra quilts and was told to turn on the air conditioner. The result was that the air conditioner was very loud. I couldn't sleep because of the noise all night.

As a transitional hotel, I originally came here for the Home Inn brand, thinking I would just sleep there, but only after staying here did I realize how bad it was. If Home Inn doesn't want to ruin its own brand, it's better to rectify the hotel. Are the Home Inns I live in in Guangzhou and this one really both Home Inns? unbelievable. The introduction said it was renovated in 2019, but those facilities were not even mentioned in 2009. Too lazy to take pictures, the old facilities taken by other guests in front are all real

The service is very good! When choosing a room, be sure to choose a twin room that will be renovated later. The big bed is too small and the large suitcase cannot be opened, but the twin bed is much more spacious and can be used for washing clothes. I stayed here for four days and I feel very satisfied!

There were hairs on the bed, the toothbrush in the bathroom had been dismantled, there was garbage in the room that had not been cleaned, the faucets in the bathroom facilities were broken, the shower head was broken and dirty, very disgusting 🤢, the sound insulation effect was not good, I complained to the front desk and they had it replaced temporarily. I got a new room. When I came back the next night, the cleaning staff did not take away the trash or replace it with new trash bags. The sanitary environment of a hotel chain like Home Inn was so poor. The cleaning staff was too lazy! The dilapidated facilities are not replaced with new ones. I am really disgusted by this shower head! The bathrooms of other hotels are equipped with two showerheads, but this hotel only has one showerhead! It’s hard to imagine how other guests could use the shower head in such a disgusting way!
