聚魯迅故居較近，步行可達。房間安靜，衞生好。住宿當天人比較多，早餐品種和數量偏少。

酒店是老酒店，設施略顯老舊，但使用沒有問題。房間衞生乾淨，就是洗澡必須站在浴缸裏洗，對於老年人來説有些不方便。另外停車位比較緊張，但工作人員會協調好的。對於住宿要求不高的話，住一晚是沒問題的。

客房非常乾淨整潔，
環境：非常好交通非常方便，沈園，魯迅故居，秋瑾故居咸亨酒店近在咫尺。
服務：早餐非常豐盛，有近30種品種，花色也多。我2017年帶隊近100人曾兩次下榻該賓館，大家一致誇獎建國賓館。我這次是第三次下榻該賓館，服務態度設施依舊如故，這次有兩個快遞，賓館幫我收下，這裏尤其感謝感謝該賓館一位男先生，待客人如親人，使我們有一種回家的感覺。謝謝賓館的領導和所有的工作人員。我們又續住四天，好好欣賞紹興這座美麗城市。

酒店比較舊但性價比高，小長假旅遊選擇了這裏價格相對能接受，還是比較滿意的。
設施：基本施捨都有，電視機挺大但衹能看有線電視，衞生間衹有簾子沒有門。打開窗户就能看到小橋流水。
衞生：床鋪沒有發現不乾淨的，就是地毯確實挺臟
服務：酒店人員服務態度好，很熱情
早餐: 早餐品種挺多，夠吃了

住了一個晚上後，感覺非常不錯，於是續訂了一晚。房間寬敞整潔，工作人員熱心負責，我們下雨出去，前台還借了把傘給我們。對了，自助早餐豐富好吃，總之是愉快的入住體驗！願意推薦給朋友們！

上次住得不錯，這次又來啦，標間訂滿，衹能選家庭房，晚餐去旁邊馬弄搞個山東煎餅味道不錯，早餐依舊豐盛，吃得很飽，然後退房去附近周恩來祖居書聖故里打卡，充實的1天。

設施確實有點舊了，但是位置方便，就在人民路旁。房間也乾淨。對比上一家，房間的面積也算大的，有電梯。早餐一般般吧。
