The location is average, but the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay — it would be even better if it were more Muslim-friendly.

I recently stayed at “Maison” and was absolutely blown away by the incredible service and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was warm and professional. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Good location if you're visiting the Keqiao fabric market. Staff are friendly & and helpful, but the bath towel is not absorbing the water well.

The hotel is already relatively old and requires innovation and refurbishment. Very old tiles in the bathroom, and the furniture has thick scratches. Power sockets are very old.

Could have done better with customer service from the reception especially during check-in. Even lower stars hotel serve better. However, there are two guys who are really good and helpful. Just that I feel like they should do more training. Hotel wise all is good. Very clean and comfortable. Location is great, nearby there is a couple of food stall

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was free and convenient. They told me that if I was not satisfied with the room, I should let them know and they would change it in time. They also upgraded me to a lake view room for free. The room was very clean. I had a great time on this ski trip.
