定的二室一廳（過廳），位置在瀋陽故宮南廣場旁邊的一個小區裏，這個位置都是老房子了，主要是看中它有四張床，比較適合我們一家人住，孩子大了，可以一人一張床（其中一張是摺疊床）。衞生及其一般，這要是酒店直接打差評了。桌面上用濕巾擦一下很黑，沒擦過吧。屋裡有晾曬的半乾的床單被套，可能是上一客走了剛洗的吧。那也不放心，套上我們自帶的一次性用品。所有東西就是最差的那種出租房的配置。洗漱用品很簡單，沒用，自帶了。冰箱冷凍室很臟，本來想把吃剩的冰淇淋放進去的，算了吧。床墊很薄很硬，連最低級的旅館可能都比不上，比經濟型連鎖店差更多。摺疊床上更是鋪了幾個亂七八糟的褥子，同樣很薄，硌得一晚上沒睡好，第二天抱着被子到大床上和妹妹一起睡了。唯一讓人滿意的是門口就是免費的新年燈會，離中街步行街走路7、8分鐘的樣子，旁邊就是東三省總督府和大帥府。大帥府旁邊不少吃飯的地方，但沒有早餐。第二天早上一直走到中街那邊的慶豐包子鋪才吃上早餐，耽誤了時間。沒有興致拍房間照片，放兩張燈會的吧，免費

這家賓館就是以服務差勁出名的，一箇中年女服務員，素質那叫一個差勁，一臉不耐煩的樣子，像是有人欠了她很多錢似的！半夜入住，很疲憊讓延時半個小時，都跟要她命一樣。房間馬馬虎虎，沒有提供礦泉水。
服務差差差，有更好的選擇一定選其它家。

地理位置很好，交通方便，離大帥府，故宮，中街都很近，而且免費停車，服務態度也很好，設施齊全，乾淨，入住當天，又增加一台新空調，可能是新空調的調試緣故吧，當晚空調聲音大，製冷一般，個人認為空調用二天這個問題就會解決的。整體感覺很好。

位置比較好，離中街、故宮、張學良舊居都很近。停車位是在旁邊小區裏買的停車位。看是賓館才定的，定的四人間，結果是旁邊居民樓裏的日租房。床有些單薄，我都怕把床壓壞了
