應該是瀋陽金盃下屬的酒店吧，老國企做派，辦理入住時跟前台姑娘説你好，看我一眼沒有迴應直接問有預訂沒，詢問酒店相關問題時也是一副愛答不理的態度沒有一點笑容，第二天退房時前台兩位大姐也一樣；房間小、破舊、窗户可能從來沒擦過，門上全是手摸的油點子，冰箱不製冷，讓客房過來調了也沒用，一次性拖鞋沒有塑料袋包裝，我怎麼知道穿過沒？吃早餐時看我們帶一個小孩，餐廳的工作人員追着喊：一米三以下要另付半價，住過那麼多酒店第一次遇到；另外網上訂還沒有去前台便宜，最令人失望的Wi-Fi，如同虛設看似連接但根本用不了，什麼也打不開，除了位置湊合一無是處。

我們帶孩子本來住的標準間，後來升級了三床，三床房間特別大，感覺能住6個人，這個價位三床住很舒服，睡的很好，安靜。這個價格在旅遊區不要用星級酒店標準要求了，整體不錯。門前可以停車，自駕遊方便。酒店後面就是温泊景區，開車到大門5分鐘，周邊吃飯方便，開車到其他景點也很方便。前台熱情講解景點。早上有早餐，對得起這個價格。

住過最差的酒店了，服務態度差，衞生環境差，設施設備更是奇差無比。先説設施問題，屋裡床頂基本無燈，衹能用兩個昏暗的床頭燈，再説馬桶，馬桶沖水按鈕經常壞，水會一直流，中央空調的噪音堪比風扇，基本上沒有隔音，更過分的是門是壞的，要使勁摔門才能管，衞生就不説了，地毯很臟很臟，那個馬桶蓋上還有黃色污漬（很噁心），最讓人不舒服的是，放進去的時候發現連被子和床都是潮的，躺上去皮膚會癢，聯繫服務員，想要換一床乾的被子，服務員不給換，説是房間就這樣，換了也會潮，既然這樣，你們還開酒店幹嘛

賓館靠近地鐵口，又靠近火車站，地理優勢十分顯著，旁邊有飲食店，吃飯十分方便，房間乾淨衞生，服務周到熱情，唯一不足就是房型面積小了點

酒店在瀋陽地鐵1號線和4號線交匯處，距離瀋陽站衹有一站地，交通非常方便，而且附近是商業中心，晚上不吵，白天的購物餐飲業也有很多選擇。國慶假期出行，正規掛牌三星的酒店單人標間不到300元，還包含早餐，已經是非常靠譜的酒店了。衞生不錯，前台的服務也很貼心，唯一不好的是隔壁洗澡的時候，我房間的水管像漏水一樣，聲音特別大。好在隔壁和我都是不給別人添麻煩的遊客，早早洗澡完就早早入睡，一晚上倒也安安靜靜的。

房間很小，房門太重，打開，關閉要費好大的勁，開關好吵。設施陳舊，燈光不好，房間就兩個枱燈，早餐不建議要，很差。不建議選擇。

酒店位置非常好，離各個景點打車都大概在十來塊錢，前台工作人員態度很好，酒店一看就是有年代感的，客房牆上掛着的畫都是金盃的車，雖然不是新裝修的，但挺乾淨整潔的。建議早餐就不在酒店吃了，比較一般，不過整體房價真的不貴就是，所以也沒什麼可以過多挑剔。
