If you don’t refund it immediately when you check out, you should just leave. It will be refunded after checking the room... 3. There is no security guard to check the access control of the elevator. You can go directly by swiping your card. It is the same door as the hotel next door. 4. The person who handed out small service advertising cards at night came along the crack of the door. 5. Facing the street, it's a bit noisy. There's a big loudspeaker for fresh food across the street. 6. Windows can be opened at a maximum angle of 45 degrees 7. There are wrinkles on the bedding that have been washed, as if they were new. The table tops, cabinets, window sills, etc. are all covered with a layer of dust, and the dead green plants are still dead. There was still thick ash and mud ball-like ash on the ground. 8. There were mosquitoes at night. I looked around but there was no mosquito repellent liquid. I asked the waiter for it the next day and was told there was none. 9. Jody at the front desk was professional and friendly. The bathtub was the best thing about our stay and the fact that it's pet friendly. The breakfast is advertised as ”International” but nothing is even remotely on an international standard, bland, mediocre and poorly managed. It is listed as RMB85 but is more in a RMB30-40 range. The restaurant staff is not professional. They should be able to help guests that aren't on the prepaid list without making a scene. Using the spa facilities was a bit of a mission. You have to phone reception and then they send a staff member to the spa desk. Everything is turned off so it takes a while to heat up. The jacuzzi was a bit cold and not that enjoyable. The sauna was awesome. Only one elevator was working (out of three) so expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes each time.
