The location is very convenient, near Shenyang Railway Station and near the pedestrian street. The staff can speak English and they are very welcoming! The room basically has got everything that you might need inside and it’s also very clean! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will come back for sure 👍🏼

Thank you very much for providing such an excellent accommodation experience. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the toiletries are of good quality. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, especially Gary Dong sir, who took the initiative to help the elderly with mobility problems to stay in the room close to the elevator, and explained the hotel's facilities and equipment in detail and patiently, and fully introduced the local traditional culture. The exquisite food in the breakfast restaurant is also unforgettable. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Lixi Tower Food Street, the Palace Museum, and Bubble Forest Bath. The two young ladies in the hotel's executive lounge (wang & zhang) also enthusiastically explained the local bathing culture (like), there is also free parking, and the facilities are complete. I recommend and look forward to staying again.

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

The air-conditioning in the hotel is very powerful. In the -11℃ weather, it gives me a good sense of security. Downstairs is the Zhongjie, where I can walk around and eat well. The hotel service is quite satisfactory. I have to complain about the elevator, which is very, very slow. It took me 10 minutes to go downstairs on the 22nd floor

The location is easy to find, the signboard is eye-catching. Breakfast is delicious and balanced. The room was comfortable and the linen was clean. Complete facilities and a variety of choices. Service is paramount and home away from home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Very close to the airport and the Provincial Museum. There is a barbecue downstairs opposite. Very convenient. I stayed there for the second time. The facilities are not very new but they are clean. Very good.
