We arrived late around 8 pm. Even though it was late we got good reception for checking in. Initial room that was selected for us had smoke smells and the receptionist changed the room for us promptly. Very happy with quality of room and cleanliness and also the quality of the apparatus in the gym

The hotel's location is excellent; it's close to the subway station but tucked away from the main road, ensuring a relatively peaceful stay. The front desk staff were incredibly responsive. For instance, I called to request an extra pair of slippers, and they promptly delivered two pairs to my room. They also went the extra mile to help me locate several packages. Additionally, they offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service, flexibly arranged according to your flight schedule. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. My only minor complaint is that the room's soundproofing could be better.

I booked this hotel somewhat last minute due to a tight schedule, but it certainly didn't disappoint after checking in. The hotel is conveniently located on Hangcheng 2nd Road, with a convenience store and snack shops right at the intersection, making its location extremely accessible. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and proactive, always greeting us and even messaging us on WeChat to check on our stay. On the second day, they offered a complimentary airport shuttle service and breakfast. I had planned to use the gym but ran out of time; I'll definitely check it out on my next visit. The price was very reasonable for what was offered. The room itself was spotless and well-equipped, featuring a mini-fridge and fast WiFi. The lobby was also impeccably clean, giving a wonderful 'home away from home' feeling. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. To top it all off, I accidentally left my power bank in the hotel when checking out, and the staff thoughtfully called us immediately. Fortunately, we hadn't gone far. A huge thank you and thumbs up to the hotel staff for their honesty and attentiveness!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being just 10 minutes from Bao'an Airport. Their airport shuttle service is incredibly convenient, and the driver was extremely reliable and drove safely! The hotel facilities are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful, assisting my parents with their check-in and an extended check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with a layover or transit needs. I would definitely choose Ruixi Hotel again!

Excellent stay! After an early breakfast, I took the hotel shuttle to Bao'an Airport, and the driver provided excellent service. Cleanliness: Spotless. Facilities: Fantastic and very new, with both a parking lot and a gym. Late check-out until 2 PM: This was a huge plus, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the subway, making it very close to Line 1. The room was also quite clean, and the TV offered screen mirroring, which was a nice touch. The self-service laundry room was a great convenience, and ironing facilities were also provided. A major highlight was the washing machine detergent – it smelled absolutely amazing! Plus, the parking lot was sufficiently spacious.

The hotel is incredibly close to the airport, with an airport shuttle service available from 5 AM. The facilities are brand new, and having a wake-up service, gym, and laundry room makes everything super convenient. It’s perfect for air travelers, and the price offers excellent value for money. The hotel's interior design and ambiance are also very refreshing. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen – highly recommended!

The laundry room even provides disinfectant and is regularly sanitized by staff, which you can tell by the clean, disinfected scent – making it feel very safe and reliable. Cleanliness: Good. Staff are proactive in cleaning, changing linens, and mopping the floors. Service: The service is excellent, and the environment is quiet. Staff are generally very accommodating to requests. There's also a convenient shuttle bus to the airport. Overall, I find it to be a very good experience.

Hot water was instantly available.

The soundproofing was fantastic, and I slept soundly until morning. Service: Truly exceptional. They offer wake-up calls and an airport shuttle. What really stood out was their thoughtfulness; they proactively asked if I needed assistance booking the airport shuttle.
