Because it was the first time for the whole family to go somewhere and it was also the first time to go to Gankeng Ancient Town. It happened to be raining heavily on the day we checked in. There were not many people on the street and there were no clear road signs, so I looked for it when I checked in. It took me a long time to find the main entrance of the hotel because the signboard of the hotel is in front of the main entrance unlike other restaurants in a more conspicuous position on the top floor of the hotel, so it was a bit troublesome to go there the first time. It was three o'clock when we arrived at the hotel, but he told us that the hotel room had not been cleaned yet because the room was next to the main building. It rained heavily that day, so it was difficult for the cleaning staff to enter the room for cleaning. I can understand this and probably used it. After half an hour, the cleaning was completed and we could move to the room. However, the environment was not very clean when we entered. There was a bit of wood splinters on the upper floor of the slide and there were food wrappers left by the previous occupants on the ground floor. It may only take half an hour to work. It's a little small and may not be well done. The overall room is passable but not ideal. On the second day Their restaurant wasn't open, so they had to look for something to eat outside, but the restaurants outside didn't have anything to eat until nine o'clock. Because it rained heavily the day before, we didn’t play with the facilities he visited, so we just left. Overall, the room comfort is acceptable and the night is quiet, but other supporting facilities are not enough.

We had to park and go to a commercial office building farther away and then take a taxi to the vicinity of the hotel; 2. The wall was moldy, and the room smelled very moldy. We were not told in advance, and there was no other choice. To be honest, it was a pit to stay in such a room for more than 1,000 yuan! 3. It rained the next morning, and the hotel did not provide umbrellas or shuttle buses to the morning restaurant! We were told that we could order takeout breakfast! Well, then why did I choose a room with breakfast? 4. Because of the rain, I couldn’t go to the Little Cool Hat Farm, and there was no compensation or refund for the two tickets... In short, it was a very bad experience! ! !
