不想多説，一開始就跟前台説開一個比較安靜的房間，結果給我開了一間很吵的房間，根本睡都睡不着，房間吵就算了衞生還那麼差，那個馬桶臟的要死，用紙巾一擦超級臟，熱水器還一下子熱，一下子冷，水也是一下大，一下小，真的不建議大家住這家酒店，要住的考慮清楚，這是我在深圳住過最差的酒店!

我們這趟行程是來參加親人的婚禮的！
凌晨12點半左右到的酒店，進房後發現是靠路邊的房間，大車路過聲音很大，考慮換房，但是我先生提醒我説，睡幾個小時就該起床了，別折騰了！我們就堅持了幾個小時，凌晨5點起床，大概5點半出門，去接親，由於沒睡夠，精神狀態一般，就到前台説了一聲，不用打掃，我們需要續費！
等晚上大概12點左右回到酒店，到前台反應太吵了，需要換一間靠裡麪點的房間，首先是答應我的，説了靠裡麪的房間需要走一段路，我説沒關係，接着就轉變了！！説要收取22元每小時的行李保管費才能換房，理由是説我沒有在下午兩點前説要換房，當場裂開，也沒心思好好跟她算一共要交多少管理費，就硬着頭皮再撐一天！！上去後門卡用不了，需要刷新，又跑下去一趟！當天出汗太多，就快速洗了頭，發現沒有吹風機，就給前台打電話需要一個吹風機，等了半小時，沒送上來，實在是困得等不了了，就給她打電話説不用了，免得睡著了被敲門吵醒！
還有一個小細節，二合一的洗髮水沐浴露，擠壓時，不是從正常的嘴被擠出，而是從瓶蓋擠壓出來的，不知道咋用，想笑！
最後，再看看我們定的酒店時間即不是旺季，也不算太繁華的地帶，房間綽綽有餘，其實換個房，顧客開心了，肯定會考慮回頭或推薦，如果不能換房，好好和顧客溝通嘛！這下鬧得，點評之後再也不想回想起半點！

房間太吵了。一晚上沒睡 一晚上大車過來過去 床都在抖動。窗户都是壞的 根本封不住 時根本封閉不住 空調每隔8分鐘嘎吱嘎吱響 是一晚沒睡 吵得太吵了。從來沒有這麼差的酒店 明知道 外面吵窗户也沒封住 為什麼不安排靠近裏面的房間呢？
