+: excellent breakfast, large room with sea view, cool beach five minutes walk from the hotel, two swimming pools, gym. -: there is no laundry room. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is close to the water park activities. I think the breakfast is okay. It accommodates South Africans. View on the balcony was also spectacular views. Child friendly hotel too

Hotel reception was good even allowed us to check in very early as we arrive early.and in check out they offer late check out.really nice of them.the breakfast buffet is grest and has many kind of different variety food was very tasty.only down was the indoor swimming pool that you need to use head cover even for men and water was cold though they said heated it was really cold.but staff are freindly and room was clean.bed is comfortable though room is having only one charging side and the phone is not beside the bed.will stay thete again

Amazing as always. Such a great breakfast for vegetarians. Love the hotel. The baths are so big as are the beds. I always leave feeling so relaxed ☺️

Hôtel location is nice, they have nice beach, not so crowded , but the room is not that clean , when we check in, the room was with a lot of smoke from cigarettes and other room which I book for parents , the toilet door doesn’t close properly , no light, ac doesn’t work , but after we claim they offer for us good big room , so service is not bad , breakfast is Chinese breakfast.

I love this place and come regularly. Rooms, staff, and amenities are excellent. An option to use the private beach of another hotel is a great option l.

Having one night stay with the family and the receptionist are quite pleasant and helpful. The room is pity good! Worth to recommend and will book again!

We have been upgraded to a Seaview room with balcony. The view is amazing and the room very big. The pool is ok and the buffet offered lots of choice but abit crowded on weekend. Overall I recommend it is a good resort place to stay

Nice big room, changing room of pool need to make better. It was dark shower room without chair and hanger

Excellent service and location from MTR station. A small 7 eleven convenience store right in front and a MC Donald's Cafe on the side. Outlet shops to the rear and a beautiful sea view at the front. They offer a free shuttle service to the beach. Breakfast was fantastic with a very wide range of selection from the East to the western food. Lifts require key cards to operate giving it an extra level of security plus they were very quick. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool plus gym and spa centre.

Overall, the experience was good. The room was very comfortable and exactly like in the pictures. It is also a very good location and the breakfast was really tasty. However, checking in, I didn't get a lot of information about the hotel such as breakfast times, where things are, etc. Also, I booked a massage at the hotel spa which was a disappointing experience. It's down a dingy, noisy corridor; despite having made an appointment the staff were unprepared and seemed a little annoyed I was interrupting their time; there was zero music/ambiance; no beverages offered; and the massage lady kept on checking her phone and ended the session very abruptly. Considering the massage is more than most spas, I expected better treatment. Despite this, the woman on the front desk was very helpful when I asked for help as my WIFI didn't work and I would recommend the hotel.
