It is a basic budget hotel for backpackers. Have a clean bed + a private toilet. It is considered cheap for this price in the middle of city centre. Very bear to luohu village - a local residential area with good access to food & services. Not for fussy type. I stayed for 2 nights because of good location. Metro, train, buses, taxis.

I had booked a deluxe double room. What I got was a small less than 80 sqft room. I feel cheated. Trip.com should assure guests get what they pay for.

非常很差，我訂的有窗口的標間要求無煙，給我安排的是有煙又沒窗口的小房間，很離譜的是很多小強半夜爬出來，很憤怒啊，如此服務惡差並剝削維權，大家慎重，三思而行，這家面對的賓館服務乾淨這家強幾千萬倍，這家一羣老阿姨如此噁心不按訂單安排沒有窗口又有小強的環境差的小房間，又剝削聾人的維權，這家會有報應，不是不報，是時機未到！
