經常住酒店，從來未試過住咁差環境，非常唔開心，不知所謂污糟邋遢，點解可以攞出嚟租俾人住？😡😡😡😡完全冇清潔就租比人😡😡😡

衹能説大樓和走廊比裏面房間好多了😂房間樓梯臟的發黑，寫着2022年的公寓，比實際年齡蒼老太多。展示圖片感覺是個電子效果圖，實際的傢俱都給跟圖片不是一個材質的，比如桌子，實際是個木頭的，重點還有個大洞！椅子都掉皮了，沙發臟兮兮的，廁所都沒有鎖關不上的！還有這個床，吱嘎吱嘎響，可以吐槽的點太多了説都説不完。自己住自認倒黴就算了，我別作為招待家人來旅遊訂的，悔的不行太寒酸簡陋了！連基本的乾淨整潔都做不到。桌上有個用過的牙刷🪥地面有瓜子殼……然後廚房就倆煤氣灶，微波爐都沒有，更別説什麼鍋或者容器了。。。一句話總結就是：悔到不行❌

設施：完備。二樓陽台意外的發現了洗衣機和烘乾機。這個在預訂沒看到。當然，也提醒一下，保潔阿姨可以每次清理一下烘乾機的漏網。
衞生：沒問題，兩個衞生間都挺乾淨。客廳飄窗有一點點臟，但是畢竟衹有200多塊錢，我認為是可以接受的。當然保潔阿姨可以擦一下。
環境：周圍環境挺好的，有工地，但是沒有噪音。挨着深圳北站，高鐵有點聲音，把窗户關了沒有問題。
服務：服務很周到，熱情相應拐，發票開得也很快。

衞生不太乾淨，房間有人的味道（其他人的味道），感覺沒換被子
浴室的洗髮水很噁心 已經分層了
房間是大的，交通也是方便的，但是要是能注重細節就好了

高鐵時間早，揀左呢間酒店渡過一晚
地理位置很好，行去高鐵站只需5分鐘。
叫外賣都很方便。
當晚很夜先到，前台都很nice , 知我們一早要走，俾左个隔離位，一出門口就可以交卡，very nice !!
電子鎖很方便。

到深圳的第一晚入住的這家公寓，離地鐵步行3分鐘，不過第一次入住要找一下，公寓在南塔樓，這次帶着一家老小住的三房一廳，房間不錯，樓上樓下有兩個衞生間，洗澡要用樓上這個，客廳可以觀看四面八方的煙花盛景，對於生活在禁止燃放煙花的小朋友來説很興奮，唯一不足的就是衞生需要再提升下，整體來説性價比很高，服務態度也不錯，還可以在大年夜叫到外賣，對於衞生包容度高的可以多住幾晚。
