This is a great hotel situated at a beautiful area in the NanShan district. I booked the corner room and the views whilst taking a bath was amazing. There is bathing salt so as to prevent my skin getting to wrinkly after half an hour of bath. The room design is so elegant I would love to stay here for a few more days. A definite return to this hotel some time soon. The breakfast was delicious, not to mention the executive lounge experience-- wide choice of alcoholic beverages, and snacks in the evening. Excellent location for talking business.

Staff is very helpful, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Very safe area in finance district with hotel accessible directly from shopping mall.

Absolutely yes! It is in a high tech zone, but a bit far from attractions, but the good news is the subway is a few mintes away! The hotel comes with a lot of new tech, my kids favourite being Xiaodu who switches the lights on and off and closses and opens the curtains! The only downside for me was breaksfast which we had to eat in the room as there is no breakfast dining area and it was extremely limited and really not worth charging for! I would definitely stay there again, the place is clean, pretty modern, easy to find and even though the reception staff didn't speak English, they were extremely helpful using the translation APP.

I was really pleasantly surprised this time. At first I was a little worried about whether the quality would be mediocre due to the affordable price. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt it was pretty good. It was high-end and clean. The check-in process was quick. The owner was very nice and enthusiastic. When I got to the room, My heart is really bright! Very cost-effective, very tidy, and all the supplies are available! We are a family of 5 from Hong Kong. When we entered the room and saw the room with a small staircase, we were very happy (Hong Kong mostly has one-floor apartments). Even my husband, who is very demanding, thought it was a good value for money. Then my husband wanted to watch TV, but found that there was a problem with the line, so he called the front desk. The front desk guy came to watch, and then the front desk moved a TV to replace it. It was really hard work! All in all, the apartment this time is a 5-star value for money. Don’t ask for services like the Shangri-La Hotel. They only charge you a few hundred yuan a night. It’s perfect in terms of per capita consumption! I will definitely book this hotel next time I come to Nanshan District!

Awesome location, the rooms are a bit old but it's supposed to be old-school anyways and it's clean. Facilities are pretty good (breakfast/restaurant, the gym, swimming pool etc everything is really nice). Most of all the service was 10/10. I needed an international plug adapter they gave it to me for free, they allowed me to check out very late since my flight was only late afternoon, and finally after loosing my earpods in the room, I called them one day after my checkout to inquire about it, they had already found it and they arranged to ship it back to me in Shanghai.
