The room was tidy and clean with excellent facilities, and the service was outstanding. A day before check-in, Jossce from the Guest Services Department proactively called to inquire about my stay preferences and thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade and late checkout—very warm and attentive. The room also offered a great view. I was assigned an executive king room with a bathtub by the window, overlooking Shenzhen’s landmark building, the Ping An Finance Centre. The high ceilings added to the spacious feel of the room. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the Futian CBD business district of Shenzhen, making it highly recommended.

The room's soundproofing was poor. Even with all the windows closed, I could still hear the music from the women dancing in the park across the street. The first time a maintenance worker came to check, he gave a vague, noncommittal answer, saying, ”Just be patient, it'll be gone a little later.” This lacked sincerity. The second time, a front desk staff member came to check. They were very polite and patient, eager to resolve the issue. They deserve praise. The hotel was infested with mosquitoes; they need to improve their mosquito repellent measures. The staff at the revolving restaurant sneezed without covering their mouths, showing a lack of civility and public-spiritedness. They need to improve their hygiene practices. The front desk staff were courteous and deserve praise.
