酒店位置很好，近火車站，滴滴出行打車很方便辦事。出酒店隔壁就是快餐早餐與中餐館，吃也很方便。酒店不含早餐。
酒店上樓門卡管控，外人進不去，2樓上不了3樓，很安全！
進入房間，一應俱全，尤其毛巾浴巾用塑料袋密封，讓放心。
不錯的體驗，價格實在。

和圖片不符 房間特別特別小 訂的時候沒有説無窗 其實是沒有窗户的 房間都捱得特別近 這樣的價格感覺和其他100出頭的沒啥差別…就是服務還可以
🚗 交通：來石家莊旅遊的 這個位置其實不太方便 不如住到萬達 新百廣場附近

一躺床上就響 嘎吱嘎吱的 影響睡眠 隔音很差很差 不透光 窗户外面是一堵牆 住了兩晚都沒見陽光 空調也一直響 電視什麼也看不了畫質也很差 吹風機用幾十秒就不能用了 挨着ktv還好影響不大 床差 空調差 我們外出也沒告訴要進房間放東西 還好私密東西都收起來了

網上預訂的，現場去的時候説是衹剩下挨着ktv的房間了，不能換其他類型房間，都沒有了，然後我就説考慮下，等了一會前台換班了，我又去了，要求退掉訂單，然後前台説可以升級安靜的房間，交20塊錢，我尋思着交就交吧，然後開了房間，臨街，晚上很吵，這些都忍了，最後退房的時候手機充電器落下了，當天晚上打電話，説是阿姨下班了，要我3小時之內不要回電話，理由是阿姨回電話慢，這大概率是推諉，意思是她值班期間不要打電話了。第二天中午打電話，説充電器沒有拿到前台，沒有解決問題的態度，語氣中都能聽到推諉的感覺，不注重客人的問題和需求。
總之，雖然便宜點，但是房間環境差，服務態度差，不建議入住，感覺管理上存在問題，對於客人的問題互相推諉。

當天由於暴雨，取消了很多班次，石家莊火車站附近的正規酒店爆滿，於是從攜程網上找到了這個離火車站比較近的7天酒店，前台服務和房間設施環境都挺好，大堂空調非常足可以休息，並且也有小時房，對旅途的人非常合適。
