Breakfast is available from 5:45 and you can make it in time for the free shuttle bus to the domestic terminal at 6:05. However, it's a bit tricky to get there if you're flying to the first international terminal in the morning, so give up and ask them to call a taxi. If you're flying early in the morning, it took less than 15 minutes to get there. The taxi fare was about 1,600 yen.
