That being said, you may hear guests in the upper level. • The home has a one zone heating and the thermostat is not in this unit (in the upper floor unit). However, the thermostat will be kept at a comfortable 68 degrees during the colder seasons. Portable heaters and fans for each space are provided for additional temperature control as needed. • This house is split into two levels and two separate rentals. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet.
