Helsinki Hotels with Shuttle Service

Super downtown! It feels good to book a basic deluxe room because it is an interior view room! Extremely quiet! Great for sleeping! The room is very cozy and not too small. It is the only hotel in Northern Europe that has slippers. If you are going to other places, it is recommended to bring slippers! The cheapest Louis Vuitton in the world is right outside the hotel, but it’s a pity that it’s not open during renovations! Behind the hotel is the famous pedestrian street. All attractions can be reached within walking distance of the hotel. For example, you must eat at the Centennial Market! The Centenary Cafe is diagonally opposite the hotel, Ekberg's Budapest Milk Roll is a short walk away, the White Church and the Red Church are within walking distance, and the port pier is within walking distance. Note that if you go to Tallinn’s West Pier, it’s quite far away, so be sure to see which pier it is. Facilities: The room feels new and renovated, everything is good! The hotel room corridor is really old and has not been renovated! But the hotel lobby is also very old money style, the service staff are very enthusiastic and always greet you, and any problems will be solved in time! The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is very delicious. It is recommended to have dinner. The National Day set meal for Finland’s National Day is good! But the market has more delicious food! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich on the first floor! There are a lot of homemade ones, basically all very sophisticated and delicious! Overall, I recommend staying in a deluxe room!

Great , Service was great, we arrived early and they allowed us to check in few hours earlier. Breakfast was good too! Great location within the design district.

I was worried about whether I could get into the room, but I was able to contact them using WhatsApp, which I installed in Japan. The room had a refrigerator, a water heater, cups, forks, etc. It was a convenient location.

If this review was of the shuttle bus from the airport we would give it 5 stars as the driver was first class, really friendly and welcoming and did a great job as ambassador for the hotel, helped us with our luggage and advised us on our travel into Helsinki for the evening...a true gentleman. The hotel itself was ok. We managed to get a good night's sleep here, bed was comfy although someone had obviously smoked in the room as it smelled of smoking. The WIFI was not available on the night we were there ( no internet connection). We couldn't get the AC to work which was a shame as it was very warm when we were there however at least we were able to get the window open so it eventually cooled down. The room otherwise was fine and the bathroom had modern fittings. Plenty of hot water for showering before heading back to the airport by 10 minute shuttle bus ride, so very convenient for the airport. Didn't try the breakfast arrangents as it was such an early start . We liked that we could get the shuttle bus back to the airport and then get the train from there out to Helsinki centre for sight seeing and restaurants. Very good shuttle service.

Nice clean and quiet room with good night sleeps before morning flight. Longtime parking and free airport shuttle is good. Early morning breakfeast is good thing. Needs eggs though. In July seems that reception staff are pretty busy. Still friendly staff i would say.

Because it is close to the client company, I booked this hotel. The sound insulation effect is not very good. When the door is closed in other places, especially in the toilet, the vibration is very obvious, which is very uncomfortable.

Absolutey best hotel near Helsinki airport..so lovely service.clean..super breakfast but best was lovely, friendly, professional workers..special thank for reception people who took me serioursly and when I did panic of leaving my visa card there and my daughter left her ring..and we got ring back by post and I did find my card from my bag..because reception person said to me to take a one more look😍but still took me very seriously and said he would look for it and ask everyone and will keep me contact.

The positives are firstly the staff who were all lovely, efficient and professional. The food also was very good. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very good and ran every half an hour from about 3am. However it all goes belly up when it comes to the rooms. They are minuscule in size. It’s impossible to walk normally past the bed as it it is too close to the wall. The bathroom likewise is tiny with an awkward step up into it which proved quite dangerous in the middle of the night in low light. It was however very clean. But the very worst thing about the room was the heat. It was so hot it was impossible to sleep. There is a tiny little window at the top of the room that you can open but then you can’t close the curtains so the car park lights flood into the room. I was put here by an airline following a cancelled flight. I would never return following the worst night I have ever experienced in a hotel. I dread to think what it would be like if there was two of you sharing the room, luckily I was alone.

Hotel Krapi is just one of the amenities at a 100 year old estate. Among amenities are a 18 hole golf course, a ”savu sauna” for guests on a lake, summer theatre, concert facilities, conference rooms and last, but not least a beautiful restaurant at the former main building offering delicious traditional foods both a la carte or buffet style meals. I was lucky enough to be able to sample all the delicious fish dishes, soups, home baked breads, and desserts with their own selection of white wines. Te setting is beautiful traditional Finnish estate with traditional furnishings. this is located outside Helsinki, but well worth visiting.
