"Although it's a bit far from the central station, there's a tram stop nearby. There's also a convenience store, which was handy. Having read the reviews and prior emails, self-check-in was a breeze. The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable. The curtains didn't close completely, so during the midnight sun, depending on the room's orientation, you might wake up early, but that was also a unique experience! The washing machine required a reservation, and gel pods were provided. There was no hairdryer in the room; instead, there's a service station on each floor where you can rent one using your room key. There were only four available, so I imagine it could be a struggle during peak hours. Once I got used to it, it wasn't a problem. The prompt responses via WhatsApp and email were very reassuring."

K TerraThe room was spacious and clean. Its location near the Central Railway Station makes it very convenient for visiting various attractions. Downstairs, there's direct access to a shopping mall and a 24-hour supermarket. The breakfast ingredients were fresh, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Helsinki.

It was the best choice to select this hotel. The location is amazing, withing easy access to most major attractions in Helsinki and also public transport. Plenty of nice restaurants and food options around including top bars.

The location was great for taking an early ferry to Tallin. The studio was spacious and clean, and the kitchen has utensils to cook. They even have a Finnish sauna!

KammyTamThe location is perfect for travelers who need to catch the flight in the morning. It provides shuttle bus between airport terminal 2 and the hotels. Plus the shuttle schedule is frequent and runs either around every 20mins or 30mins. The cleanliness of the room is good and the front desk staff is nice. Though the room is quite small for 3 people and barely can open 2 big and 1 small luggage, overall it's a great hotel and worth to stay here.

gidroponixThe hotel looks fairly new, and the room has everything you need. You can get a hairdryer from the closet on the floor using your key card. The washing machine right in the room is very convenient. On the downside, the hotel is located far from the city center, and due to railway maintenance, I couldn't use the nearest station; I had to take a bus to get there. I also reduced rating due to cleanliness: there was trash in my room from the previous guest (inside kitchen zone shelves), and the balcony was very dusty, so I had to use a towel to fix it.

Beyond my expectation. Hotel was super clean and amenities is beyond (honey, sweets, ear plugs, slippers, you name it you got it) and up to par with big chain hotels. If there’s insufficient amenities,, you can pick it up from the hotel lobby.
Breakfast selection was great and super yummy! Their sausages was and bacon was so good!
Location is just a 10 min walk to the central train station.
The staff was totally excellent and so very helpful in every way.
Will definitely be back if I’m ever in Helsinki!

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, and they left a bottle of water in the room that was only free for members, which felt a bit cheap. The location is just okay, even though there's a tram station nearby.

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
