The service was wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just smiling because they had to. I had an issue with my room, and it was resolved very quickly and with great kindness. The hotel is located close to a market with several restaurants and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours a day. It is also very close to Sea Life and the roller coaster attractions, making it a great choice for families and anyone planning to visit those areas. If your main goal is to visit the city centre, there are several bus routes and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. You can also rent a bike or an e-scooter and enjoy the ride through the park, which is a lovely option in good weather. If the weather is bad, the location is less convenient for getting to the city centre. However, when it isn't raining or extremely cold, the location is excellent and offers a much quieter, greener environment. One feature I really liked was the hotel's fantastic guest kitchen. I didn't use it myself, but it looked ideal for families travelling with children or for anyone planning a longer stay. The hotel also has a gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and complimentary laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There is also a sauna and a steam room, which are a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children or for travellers who don't need to be in the city centre all the time and would rather enjoy the surrounding parks and forests while still having easy access to the main attractions.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room is perfect for a family of four. It comes with a washing machine and cooking facilities, plus there's a gym and sauna. It's within walking distance to attractions, and the surrounding amenities are complete, though it is a bit dated.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Helsinki, and overall it was a great experience. The location is excellent - right next to Helsinki Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city by train, tram, or metro. It’s perfect for both tourists and business travelers. The hotel itself combines a classic and modern design. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed. All essential amenities were well provided, including a fitness center and a traditional Finnish sauna. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, from continental dishes to local Finnish specialties, and everything tasted great. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were minor delays during busy times. Still, the overall service was very good. It was raining outside, and the staff didn't offer any help even though they saw a young woman struggling with her luggage. Later that night, someone repeatedly tried to open my door with a card. Thankfully, I had the deadbolt on, otherwise a staff member would have just walked right in. They even asked if I had checked in! Is that a normal question for hotel staff to ask? I encourage hotel management to check the surveillance footage.

Basic hotel for staying, no services provided, self check in type of hotel. If you booking this hotel, do not book via trip.com as the hotel need self you an email to complete check in and if you book via trip.com then you will not be able to receive that email, at least I didn’t receive. This result to having issue during checking in.

The room was good enough and clean for the price. The only downside was the missing power outlet next to the bed. I use a sleep apnea device and it was a bit difficult to plug the plug into the only power outlet close enough, which was at the head of the bed under the bed. This meant I couldn't use the night light.

The location is excellent, just outside terminal and very well signed. In 30m you are in helsinki centre. The room is quiet and comfortable beds and pillows Very good for stopover or early flights. Friendly people at reception

We had a great stay there. The location is excellent with easiy tram connections and most attractions are walkable. It’s next to a shopping centre so there are lots of options. We arrived very early and couldn’t make use of the early chdckin fee of €20. However, when we returned around 1430, a room was available and we could check in early, still needing to pay the €20 charge. The staff claimed it’s a standard policy and the charge is mandatory. The thing is, we arrived like before 7am and would be glad to pay but they said room wasn’t available. We asked the hotel to call us but then they refused saying they’d be incredibly busy. We were too tired after a long flight and was expecting to get the room at 1430 (just 1.5 hours earlier than the standard) but we were asked to pay. If customers see a real costs to this they’re happy to pay but this is just plainly another way of increasing revenues?!? Quite unapologetic, inhumane and inconsiderate.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
