Guest UserThe location was good. The receptionists were very cold/unfriendly. I really dislike the policy of this hotel chain where check-in is from 4 PM onwards. In the past, your room was ready by 12 PM. The price is the same, but you get worse service. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

It was easy to spend because there was a feeling of cleanliness at the hotel on Suomenlinna Island and the rules of the hotel itself were firm. However, I don't know if I don't have to lend a towel or pay for it, so it's a caution there.

The room space is very design, there is an indoor pool and gym on the top floor. The quilt of the bed is very comfortable! ! Suitable for deep sleep! excellent service! The front desk helps with luggage! The salmon soup in the restaurant is impressive and very satisfied. When the swan hair snows

Anonymous UserVery friendly staff. The breakfast is nice, with a wide variety of choices. The location is quite good and it’s just minutes walking distance to the nearest tram stop.
The only negative thing is the size of the bathroom. It’s too small to have a substantial place to place your shaver, toothbrush set, and your clothes. Even in the bath, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles have partial of them hanging in the air. Other than that, this hotel is perfect for a short stay in Helsinki!

Guest UserCompact and good for a solo traveller. I really appreciated the “midsummer activity list” printout. It was great for tourists to plan out what they can do. There were a few things that were a bit dusty, but otherwise I generally have a positive experience whenever I stay at a Hilton hotel. The room service was a godsend because I felt ill and didn’t have energy to go out, find food or even think about what I wanted to eat. It was delicious as well. Thank you!
