We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food."

"Excellent room set up and comfort. Especially one of the importances — shower is strong and bed is excellent quality. Cleanings of room surely have beaten many other local hotels. Yours was our second stay, and definitely better and we will consider top priority whenever we return here."

"for me the place are so so crowded, there no comfirm parking for u , u late then no parking lah cause the hotel got restaurant and always fullhouse so the parking lot there are not for only guest hotel . the daily cleaning are suck, we havent get our towel change every day but use the same towel till we check out, so far not bad give it 6/10"

"During the renovation of the hotel, in order to maintain the image of the hotel and enhance the guest experience, it is suggested that clean towels be replaced in time for employees and guests to use. At present, some towels are attached with unknown substances, which may affect the hygiene standards and look and feel, which is not conducive to the overall image of the hotel. I hope to strengthen management and ensure that towels are clean, so as to show the professionalism and quality of the hotel."

"At first, I was given the room and found the room was dusty; the chair and curtain got black spots and stains. Suspected that the bedbug infestation, which I have experienced, was bad trauma from Singapore. I' passed the feedback to the receptionist about the matters. She helped me to check for another room available.
Thankfully, She managed to find 1 room available and change rooms for me, which was in better condition, and sleep well for a night."

"Compared with most hotels with only stairs, this hotel is equipped with elevators, which is very convenient for guests with more luggage. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, but there are fewer preferential activities and parking spaces are relatively tight. However, the environment here is very quiet, especially suitable for relaxing, being able to sleep peacefully and wake up naturally, which is generally a comfortable stay experience."

RRoshidahGood location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great.

GGuest UserOverall, great hotel and it has many nice cafe and eateries shops on the same or next block. There is Grocery, Guardian, etc souvenir shops too. A hotel that easily can catch a grab car to and from anywhere in Sibu.

MmandrewjFriendly staff during check in. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. They provided basic amenities. The location is strategically near the city centre. The restaurants near the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again in the near future.

Location is next to the bus station and Central market where there are many restaurants and hawker food.
Poor : No lift, stairs are narrow. Big problem if our bags are big. No shampoo for hair and body. I have booked a room with window but was given a windowless room.
Aircon sounded like a lawn mower. And there is a pub nearby. Very noisy till 2 or 3 am.

AAnonymous UserTraveling and eating are very convenient. The environment is good, the decoration is good and new, the bed is very comfortable, and I gave a food and play recommendation map when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk lady and the cleaning aunt are very warm and polite.

AAnonymous UserActually I wanna find a hotel that is very near to the hospital. And yes I found this hotel. The receptionist is so friendly and talk nicely to me. Need a deposit rm 50 to enter the hotel when we book using this app (idk when we book it walk in). Overall ok, just too small for the toilet & bathroom. The room is ok not quite big also but okay. affordable price. (The pic I’ve got from google. It’s similar of the room that I book, but didn’t have the oyo pillow. Hhehe. Has table, tv. That’s all
