前台服務呆板，沒有服務行業的禮貌微笑。客房樓層不見任何酒店人員，進入房間 電視櫃還是裂開差不多要掉下來，衞生間地面還是一攤水，刷牙杯子臟兮兮的，水龍頭不滿臟水跡。次日退房遺留了一條手機充電線，後來酒店致電本人 我特意回覆希望他們放到酒店前台 我晚點回去拿，可是到達後前台説我自己上樓層辦公室領取，本人上去後酒店好像迷宮服務枱從來不見人在，轉了一圈 喊了很久沒有服務人員回覆和出現 根本找不到所謂的樓層辦公室 也沒有任何指示標準。我本人是攜程貴賓級別，從來訂酒店都不用繳納定金 這是第一次要收取我100元定金 真的侮辱。這家酒店 我人生第一次遇到這麼差 服務差 設定差 的酒店 ，訂這家酒店其實看到開業半年時間 以為新酒店各方面都很好 想不到這麼垃圾 整體和招待所類似的級別。以後都不會再入住這家酒店。免費也不住。太恐怖了。

訂的鐘地房 睡著了 要趕飛機 沒有電話叫醒服務 故意讓我們延遲 按金直接退不了 到的時候也一直等半天 退房的時候也一直等半天 不太理想的一次住房

出差過來，主要是需要方便停車，入住之前問了酒店，説有大的免費停車場，入住感覺不錯，停車場挺大的，也方便，以後出差可以定點這裏了
設施：全部語音控制，高大上
衞生：很乾凈，全新的
環境：還是不錯的
服務：態度挺好的

房間隔音差！！！是真的差！！！！地毯不乾淨 ，房間一股尿騷味，太影響人休息了！！！！！門縫太大了，外面走廊有人抽煙，煙味全進來了！！！！

房間挺大的，漂亮，還有2個落地窗，看起來就顯的好亮，衞生看起來就感覺很乾凈，也可能是因為新開業的原因吧，位置挺好找的，就在君山新城小區門口旁邊，還有免費停車位停在小區旁邊，必須給個好評

去到沒有梳子，沒有浴帽，上一個客人留下來的水瓶沒有清理乾淨，從來沒有見過這樣的酒店，隔音不好就算了。實在是太差了
