"the location of the hotel are easy to find .easy to find food because have restaurant at the hotel area . the price of the room are affordable . the have some amenities such as kettle , and big screen tv .but the iron are need to share because iron at outside of the room and need to get new because the handle of the iron are getting loose the heat will burn the cloth . haha . luckily me . the room is clean and tidy , does not have minibar to keep food and cold water . the room does not have wardrobe . the receptionist are friendly and helpfull ."

The room was clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a small living area included—it added an extra touch of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Minor downside: The hotel is located near a busy junction, so do expect traffic jams during peak hours if you’re driving. Overall, I had a great experience. "Good side: 1) Strategic location for food and meeting customers near Bukit Mertajam. 2) Price lower than Citadines (same building) 3) Got washing machine. Neutral side: Self check in Bad side: 1) Found fire ants (got bitten and caused bad inflammation) every days. 2) Reported the fire ants but nothing was don't for 2 days (stayed 5D4N) till I ask for solution. 3) Service is bad, didn't even apologise after I tell them the problem and also reminded them that they didn't 'courtesily apologise'. 4) The gym is just an old gym rack which is spoilt and few treadmill. Conclusion, won't go again unless they change their behaviour."
