Kids breakfast is great value for money. Enjoy the day in there. Suitable for kids. Not really crowded and the ticket on promo so the price quit reasonable. The waterpark also kids friendly and the affordable."

"The house is clean and good. From the details provided, there are air conditioner room. However, when we depart, the child play room is without air conditioner. This was a shock to us and we have to arrange 2 person to sleep in the living room. Perhaps the details of the house provided can mentioned this clearly, to avoid misunderstanding and make some earlier arrangements."

"The facilities were great. Room, linen, towels, etc were very clean and I was impressed with the quality of everything in general about the room. Service provided by Mr. Kor was also responsive, friendly and helpful. Location was good with short walks to most places of interest in KS. Beautiful views of life in the river as well. Did not managed to patronize the restaurant as it was only a short trip. Maybe next trip. Everything was great. Maybe not as suitable at the moment for the less mobile/elderly as the Elevators are not yet installed, but everything else is top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area."

"The accommodation is just next to the jetty for boat trip. There's no signboard so find the Kang Kao restaurant and it's just on the G floor. I booked a family room with a bunk bed, only to realise there's no window. Tried calling the accom but both phones number not working. Ended up emailing them from the email provided in their website. managed to get changed of room with balcony. Simple room, no TV no WiFi provided. Shower is open top, hot water provided."

"This hotel is the best hotel in Bagan Serai, Perak even this area doesn't have many hotels. Room facility is not too bad. Very comfortable. Well air-conditioning. However, water is not hot at shower room, they don't provide instant black coffee but they provided white coffe and milk tea (Teh tarik) each, there is only one plug on table working for charging and using kettle."

"The room & the toilet is spacious. Service crew is friendly & the air conditioner very cold. But there is some drawbacks which is 1. Pillow is yellowish and smell bad (those hair oil smell), refer picture 3 (I but not so obvious in picture) 2. kettle is dirty & got burning mark (refer picture 5) 3. TV only local channel. Overall, with this price, is acceptable."
