Good location in terms of food choice Limited space but comfortable for short stay The minus point is that there is no working desk. Balcony is too warm

Rooms are ok and the front desk staff is very friendly. The only major disadvantage is that the doors of the rooms slam shut very loudly. This can cause you to be woken up early

Best value for money. The room was super clean and cozy though it wasn’t spacious. Everything was just spotless so that one can feel real enjoyment of a stay. A Perfect secluded pool. What we didn’t like much was a poor breakfast and very loud people slamming doors in the mornings while coming out for breakfast I deem ( should be a reminder hanged around or something so that no one might wake you up by these terrible loud slamming door noises)

It’s a very nice stay in Aqueen Prestige Hotel Jalan Besar, one thing I care the most is the cleanliness - 9/10. It’s really clean and 1 more point for room of improvement. Room is quite small if you are going with sister suggest to get a queen bed which is better because twins bed hardly have room to walk in between the bed too. Thank you for keeping the room so clean for us. Really appreciate it a lot.

small room, small toilet. but that is ok for a business traveler on a short trip.

New hotel and therefore everything is new and clean. Room is decent with good A/C. Just that their superior room’s double bed is made up of 2 single beds combined. Check in process was seamless and fast. Location wise, it’s about 7 mins walking distance to nearest MRT (Farrer Park), where the city square mall is.

The service was good. The hotel upgraded us to balcony room for free! Location is not bad, but need to walk a bit of distance to mrt station (lavender). The free breakfast choices are not bad, overall good. Toilet quite spacious.

The hotel's location is highly convenient, near Lavender and Farrer Park MRT station, a short walk away, and surrounded by a variety of dining options. The hotel is clean and nice, the aircon is super super cold. It's a good stay.
