The best hotel in SG!
When I booked the room, it was much expensive but anyway this is an amazing hotel! Everything can feel their warm and heart.
Room is clean but a bit small. Bath room quite small and without movable bath sprinkler.
Roof bar is nice but drinks quite expensive. Singapore sling is not suggested as the taste below average...
Thx for daily fruit, snacks, drinks and red wine!

Great hotel in an awesome location. Right next to metro and hawker food hall. Walking distance from marina bay etc.

Gym very small but has everything you need and all in working order.
Price ok comparative to other hotels in Singapore.
Rooftop bar nice to use of an evening too
Didn’t have breakfast with my booking, so can’t comment on the food.

The hotel is placed near Chinatown district and quite close to public transportation stops (bus and MRT). For my one day journey I found a nice and clean room. Very appreciate the free usage of the minibar and the gift of the illimitate one day card for public transports.

Very disappointed with my stay at The Scarlet.
The worst thing was that the room did not have any windows. The staff pointed out that this was stated on the booking platform. I checked on Trip.com and indeed it is stated in fine print that “Some rooms have windows”. I think this is unacceptable for “tourist-class” hotels, unless Scarlet thinks of itself as a budget/hourly hotel like Hotel81? In tourist-class hotels, the lack of windows is an anomaly and is usually highlighted in the room category name directly, e.g. “Deluxe Queen Room (No Windows)”.
The room was also very old and cramped. The TV view is partially obstructed when lying in bed. There’s also a ridiculous “skylight” that looks makeshift and resembles something that could be found in a slum? See pictures.
The Scarlet is way past it’s prime and should either close for a complete rebuild or just reposition yourself as a budget hotel.

Room was spacious. Comfy bed. Just one downside for me, no bidet in the bathroom. Recommend to install one for better hygiene. Overall, love the experience at the hotel. Staff was polite..

Hotel location is very good, just 3-5mins walk to Maxwell MRT station.
Facilities and hardware of hotel is upkept well, staff service is pleasant.
