Ibis Budget Hotels in Singapore

We didn't expect it to be spacious compared with the pictures seen online. The place is pretty decent. The environment is like near little India vibes. A little far from attractions but commutable. They clean our rooms everyday. There is a water refilling station at the lobby. No free water but the tap water is drinkable. There is kettle and free coffee & tea everyday. The wifi is not too fast especially at night.

Very awesome place for solo traveller who need private room with private bathroom with affordable price. The place is quiet and peace. I will surely come back to stay. - A bit far from city central but bus stop is very near located. - Easy to get here from airport (MRT to Tanah Merah and take bus No.2). - Bathroom is a little bit small. - No bottled water provided but you can bring your own bottle to get drinkable tap water, or get water at the lobby - No fridge. 9/10

value for money. all basic amenities are there. mini ref is working fine. water is available at the ground floor. not too far from aljunied mrt station and bus stops

Over years,I banked at this place frequently. The location is alright, a bit of legacy (Peranakan, nyona), and now taken as Viet Bahn MI ensemble, numerous cafes around. The popular Common Man coffee joint lends vibrancy to the environment. Room wise, setback is to use combined shower/ body gel dispenser, the two are worded Differently. Good, I brought my own..the television worded erratic, 20 mins on/off. Pillow and bed, okay. Would stay again..

Stayed in double cabin room, was small but was on my own so wasn’t too bad. Paid extra for breakfast but unless you like rice and chicken I would say it’s not worth it. They had a choice of one cereal and the coffee and tea wasn’t hot. The swimming pool on the 10th floor was good to relax at.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were helpful — they stored my luggage for me and gave me great directions to nearby restaurants and walking spots. Chinese was also very good. Special thanks to Thurka and Elaine for their kindness! The purple flowers outside the hotel were beautiful, and the rooms were clean, bright, and tidy. Truly a fantastic stay — highly recommended!

The location is great two stops away from merlion park, the receptionist are very accomodating. I enjoy the free water because the water in singapore store is expensive. I love the view from our window located at 5th floor very peaceful. I’ll surely book again to them for my solo trip soon.

The room is clean and spacious enough for 2ppl. The facilities are well maintained and quite new. The receptionists (Daniel and Imran) and housekeeper are hospitalble and friendly. Everything is within walkable distance, and dozens of restaurants are just nearby (highly recommend San Shu Kung and Mother Earth Classic Vegetarian).

On the 1st morning on 14.1.25. at 12.00 pm. I saw a centipede of 3 inches in length crawled from the bathroom to under the fridge. I immediately called reception and told her about my discovery.she immediately sent a attendant to my room and luckily he managed to catch and killed the centipede. They brought insecticide to spray on the drainage hole. They offered to replace my room but I declined as the centipede was killed. It was a traumatic experience for my wife, luckily it didn't attack us while we were asleep the night before. All is well for the rest of our stayed . unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the death centipede. The receptionist also came to my room to supervise and catch the unwelcome intruder.
