Happy staycay in Dorsett Changi with my friend! Both of us like the spacious room with small kitchen that convenient for us to prep food to eat. Very clean and spacious toilet too! Price is reasonable also! Will rebook again for our next staycay!!!

It was a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location is good. Near different restaurants and bars. Near the East coast when you want to walk to the beach early morning. near i12 mall and so many good business establishments around. What we don't like is the receptionist lady, a filipina who is so arrogant and not helpful. We book the hotel room that they put have window and city view! but all we can see is roof and sky 😅. The bed is very comfortable room is good, Aircondition is working well. But just need a proper cleaning. When we move the bed to put together ,we saw all the messed and dust under the bed.

The room is big and the view is nice. The bathtub can’t be used as bathtub it’s old and stains. Some furniture are a bit scratched but they all seem nice to me. The only small problem I had is I got the room at 3rd floor which has the view of a swimming pool. The window and the pool is like only one or two feet away so I can see the other people outside and they can see me too. The fourth floor was full so I changed it to second floor. Then I gave the key and went out to buy snack. When I came back, the counter staff were changed. I asked my room keys but they gave it to other customer. The old staff asked the new one “ did you check whether the room is registered or not? The key here are taken . You can’t give it to others” etc. i didn’t hear all of their problems because they asked me to wait in the living room. So they called the customer down or he came down by himself (I didn’t understand them because they were speaking in Chinese) the staff gave him another room. And he registered me again. It was a bit awkward for me because someone was in my room and the place where I put my clothes is opened. But I can understand their error or misunderstanding so this is not a bad review. Just sharing my experience

Choose this due to Friendly staff and the room is super clean. All the local food is located nearby at a walking distance. Convenient for all things.

2nd time staying here but different room type. Everything was perfect and smooth sailing, from check-in to check-out. Love how clean and well maintained the hotel is and especially love the location - so many food options at Haji Lane area will definitely stay a 3rd time if the opportunity comes!

Good: staff are very friendly, good location for price, has breakfast option although it's simple, bathroom is very clean, bed (double bed) is comfortable, aircon works great to make comfortable and cold Bad: some slight mould on the walls in main room of bedroom, elevators abit slow, breakfast dining area is small so crowded during peak times but can usually find a seat besides someone. Overall, Its okay except mould on upper ceiling

got a free upgrade to the collyer room and it was really spacious! had all the things that youll ever need - oven, plates, cutting board, dishwasher, filtered water, coffee machine etc. hotel also very kindly gifted us a small bottle of wine and a box of chocolates as we were celebrating a birthday! very thoughtful of them! overall an enjoyable stay!

Booked Park Avenue for a family holiday with three children. One has allergies so I needed a functioning kitchen too. The apartment far outweighed my expectations & was perfect for the four of us. Location was central with easy access to all sites & next door to a shopping mall with grocers. The apartment was regularly serviced & all areas were very clean. There was a small pool perfect for a swim & for children & a small gym too. The service was friendly & efficient & helpful. Overall absolutely perfect for us & I would definitely return!!

I stayed here for 4 days and was very satisfied with my room. I will come again next time. I have recommended it to my friends. 1. About service: At first I thought it was a homestay, but in fact the room was cleaned every day. The front desk reception was also very friendly, no deposit, and the check-in and check-out were very fast. 2. About the room: There were 4 of us, and we originally wanted to book two rooms, but we were afraid that the two rooms were too far apart. The connecting room and family room were expensive and the room was too small. This two-bedroom apartment perfectly solved this problem. It has 94 square meters of two bedrooms, one living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen. The master bedroom has a 1.8-meter double bed, a super large wardrobe, a dressing table, two floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub, separate shower room). The second bedroom has two single beds + wardrobe. The aisle is a locker and the second bathroom (sink, toilet, separate shower room). The living room is very large, with a sofa, a TV, a 4-person dining table, two floor-to-ceiling windows, and a balcony that can be walked out. The kitchen can be used for cooking, with complete home appliances, and a place for drying clothes. My mother hates my father's snoring, so we put the mattress in the living room at night, and it became three bedrooms. We restored it in the morning to avoid trouble for others. 3. About comfort: Although my room is next to the elevator, I can't hear any noise. Both bedrooms are facing the street, and the street is also very quiet. The softness and hardness of the bed and the height of the pillow are very comfortable. The best thing is the design of the central air-conditioning. You can't feel the wind at all, and you can't hear any sound of the air-conditioning, but the room is very cool, unlike some hotels, where the air-conditioning is either blowing on the feet or the head, and even blowing the whole bed. The room is clean, without insects, mosquitoes, cockroaches. The hotel has a swimming pool and the overall environment is good. 4. About location: There are 711 and roadside snacks around. The Little Swallow Tomato Hotpot at Clarke Quay is highly recommended. It is also very close to other attractions, but we have two elderly people and a child who can't walk very well. We all take Grab taxis. There are many cars nearby and the speed is very fast. The cost of taking a taxi is two or three hundred yuan a day, which is cheaper than chartering a car. You can also go back to the hotel for a nap at noon.
