Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe entire trip was amazing from check in to check out! First of all, the room was amazing with a wonderful bathroom. My girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday, the hotel gave us a complimentary cake for the day which really pleasantly surprised us. Throughout the stay, all the services including items delivery or in room dining was fast and efficient.
I wanted to especially compliment front desk-Saufi and housekeeping-Lina for their excellent personalized and detailed service as well, making our stay truly unforgettable.
BBearyHKMy partner had been wanting to try this hotel so I decided to book for his birthday celebration . However was kinda disappointed with the service at the front desk. Reached there at 2 plus but the room wasn’t ready yet and they will informed us once the room is ready. However at 3pm there is still no updates and we have to check with the staff again. The room was ready but nobody informed us. As we booked with club access, I would thought that the staff will offer to let us wait at the lounge since there is afternoon tea from 2-4pm. ( I have went to a few hotels with club lounge access and they brought us to the lounge to have some refreshment while waiting for the check in) Conrad might need to improve on the services provided by the front desk. However the services from the club lounge were good, which saved the day :) The food selections were good and there were some selections for the cocktail. Breakfast were also very good. Will still give it another try when the price is right.
WWirna Abdullahi love everything about this hotel from the customer service to the room amenities!
we went for the marina view room so we can catch the fireworks. room and toilet very spacious, toilet has a bidet which is a plus point. bedding was very comfortable! the hotel robe makes you warm and fuzzy. complimentary parking. they provided us with a complimentary cake for our honeymoon stay! we booked the room which includes breakfast for 2 and the variety of food for us to choose from esp since we cant eat the meats as it was not halal so we have alot of choices to choose from - prata, roti kirai, pastries, kway teow
thank you ritz carlton for the hospitality.
AAnonymous UserJust arrived at the hotel, due to a payment issue, the taxi driver delayed letting me out of the car. Then, a dark skin slim bellboy immediately opened my car door, took out my luggage, and very rudely urged me to get out quickly because he needed to let another couple board—claiming they were in a hurry to catch their flight.
At that time, my handbag was open, and my wallet was exposed because I was keep trying different card plus the card machine wasn’t working, and the driver was restarting it. I felt extremely unsafe—what if someone had suddenly gotten in and snatched my things? I was really furious.
That male staff didn’t even apologize to me. The couple’s time crunch had nothing to do with me—why couldn’t they have arranged an earlier time or another taxi? about he didn’t respect me and chase me.
This is the most I damn angry.
And, another thing is I need to request up to two times to FO/Housekeeping to change the battery or another weight scale for me.
Breakfast was good and clean table.
BBryan FangBought a stay voucher via Trip app to experience this newly open hotel in the heart of Orchard.
Hotel entrance is facing Paragon shopping mall. Small cosy lobby with lots of sitting area. Modernised check-in counter where you could stand beside the staff during the check-in.
Check-in staff was not smiling when welcoming us. Bad first impression.
Our club access room was upgraded from classic to superior which I felt thankful but nothing to wow about because from the pictures both classic and superior rooms looked similar.
Had to take a lift up to the general floor on the 4th where a lounge, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and the club residence rooms are located. There is also a currency exchange machine at the end of the hallway.
Our room was located on the 6th so we had to take a 2nd lift up. Felt abit cramped on the 4th floor where the hallway is narrow. Hallway on our room floor was normal width.
Room was great, clean and simple. Fitted nicely with basic stuff. Shower was good, rain shower could be better with smaller and more holes.
Archive Club is located on the 4th at the end of the hallway to Club Residences' rooms. Lovely, cosy and staff here were super friendly and helpful. Evening cocktail (5-7pm) has a small variety of canapes and not too shabby array of alcohol available.
Had my breakfast here as well, ala-carte buffet. Can customise own preferences for the food you want to have. Breakfast also comes with champagne.
Did not have a meal at Eden restaurant. Do take note no bathroom slippers allowed as a dress code.
Swimming pool looks to be about 15m long, no one was using the pool when we visited. 5 cabanas that required reservation which you may do so via a QR code on your tv in the hotel's facility catalogue.
Bar in the lounge has an extensive range of alcohol available. The lounge looks to be very cosy as well.
Check out was smooth and quick. Staff bidded us goodbye with a smile.
Overall an enjoyable stay here
GGuest UserUpon arrival, staff was busy and we did know how long we had to wait to check-in. WhatsApp number was not responsive so it made us a little anxious. Thankfully, he came back down after 5 minutes. Room had a little ants too on the bed’s headboard. All in all however, room was clean and we enjoyed our stay
RRelaxinEasyGoinBig spacious room, wonderful tub which the sky overlooked. We celebrated my son’s birthday and were pleasantly surprised with a slice of cake even though we were told they don’t provide. There is a 7-11 and a Cold Storage nearby and some eateries. My only issue was because my room was near the parking area for the boats, I could hear loud thumping noises on my second night. It was from 11pm to about 1am, and then again in the wee hours. I was affected as I’m a light sleeper. I gave feedback to the reception the next morning, they said they would investigate, that’s about all. Not sure if I would book here again in case such an incident were to happen again. Other wise, it was a pleasant stay and my son had a good time.
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for a few days and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were helpful — they stored my luggage for me and gave me great directions to nearby restaurants and walking spots. Chinese was also very good. Special thanks to Thurka and Elaine for their kindness! The purple flowers outside the hotel were beautiful, and the rooms were clean, bright, and tidy. Truly a fantastic stay — highly recommended!
NNuk-SmithMy stay at Hotel Boss was amazing. I had a room with a good window view. However, there were few things that the room was lacking in microwave, water, and a mini washing machines. As for the service, their staff are actually good. I admire the cleaners coming all time to get the area tidy. Their staff at the front desk are very generous. I was blessed to encountered one Ms. Dian on the day l went to do check-in. Aside from her duties she perform very professionally, she assisted me in touring the city and recommended places to catch lunch since she noticed l was a guest. Many thanks to her. Overall, Singapore is well developed and safe for anyone to explore. The true be told: The country is very expensive. Hence, kindly plan properly before taking a trip there.
SS F AThe biggest plus point, location. Lavendar MRT station just few metres away with bus station there as well. Convenient to go about your travels and head straight back to hotel 👍🏼 Food outlets adorned all over nearby hotel, halal certified and non. Kampung Glam is 10 minutes walk along beautiful, scenic, Instagrammable viewpoints.
Minus points: walls are surprisingly thin, so can hear doors slamming, etc. My shower drainage had weird sewage smell 🙄 No bottled water. They expect you to use water from sink and then to process in the coffee maker filter. So be prepared to buy bottled water
