Pampas Resort

The hotel is quiet. Calm. Went on vacation with family. All liked it. But the location is far from the beach. The hotel itself is close by. But there is construction going on between the beach and the hotel. And everything is fenced. I had to bypass everything.

I looked around and it looked really good so I decided on it. It's clean and quiet, but there are usually no toothbrushes or shower towels. It's here Thank you for the high floor There is no sea view The mountain view and city view were really nice. You can hear the people next to you talking quietly, but It was okay The bedding was clean and the mattress was sturdy.. What I think is most important I liked the cleanliness The only thing that was disappointing was It's water pressure. Maybe because it was on a high floor. I was weak 1-night short healing trip with my husband I had a good rest

I stayed outthere for one night. The location is perfect for us to take a walk along seaside and gain quick access to seafood restaurants also with 30min driving distance to Shokcho Central Market. Room is clean and they offered room upgrade for free as well. I’m willing to revist there next time.
Heavenmark in Sokcho

Great suite with generous kitchen and washer/dryer, high floor with view. The only problem was the hotel layout with I've learned is common in Korea. It's not a hotel, there is no sign, no front desk, no lobby, no key cards. The building is full of units constructed by another company that leases them out to individuals or any business calling itself a hotel. So identifying the building, figuring out my suite was there, figuring out which suite was mine, and how to access it was a long, frustrating process. Calling the listed number got an employee named Sara who ultimately came and found me to explain where my room was and how to access it with either a smartphone or a keypad code. Once all the confusion was finally worked out the stay was great.

I would love to be in the hotel, this is not my first time staying in the hotel. I have been staying at the hotel several times. I love it. But one thing I want to say is.., The front desk people are not friendly at all. No greeting, no manners, stone face etc, I think they have a long way to go to accomplish their goals for service improvements. But I still like the hotel, not the people.
