"The elegant castle hotel is located in the mountains and overlooks the sea. The hotel's facilities are classical and modern, and there are five golf courses, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and exquisite gardens. There are many authentic medieval and Renaissance paintings, such as Velázquez's ”Portrait of King Fili IV of Spain”. This is a must-visit place for dignitaries and celebrities, such as the King of Morocco and the King of Spain's family. It was also the official reception hotel for the late President of my country, Li Xiannian, in 1984."

"The hotel is located very close to the Palma Auditorium area. The most basic rooms are fine, but nothing special. In our opinion they would improve a lot if they had a kettle and some tea bags, a service that we have found in countless hotels of a much less category than this. It is only offered in the superior rooms. Another point that we did not like anything are the pillows, very tall and hard. The room was also not in very good condition. The roof had very visible humidity chas. What we really liked was the friendliness of the staff, always ready to help you. We also liked the breakfast, which is quite complete. The gym is very good, as are the swimming pools and the sauna. As for the location there are supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops nearby. The center is about 20 minutes walk."

" Very nice hotel and staff , pool area is perfect for families, the food is as you expect at an hotel abroard, only downside to this hotel is the location, we had to get taxis back each time we went into the town or local beach ( which is beautiful) because of the hills it’s not for the unfit like me …"

"Picked this hotel after reading reviews it is like being in a Art Gallery it really is a fantastic place to stay really really clean fabulous selection of food at breakfast so you should find something to eat
And very friendlyand helpful staff
We were not there long enough to make the most of whats on offer but we did tell the staff we will be back for a longer stay its 9.5 out of 10 this time 👍"

"Very good location, beautiful views from the balcony from higher floors, to the historical center on foot About 15 minutes, to the beaches well connected by city bus, a variety of tasty breakfasts with regional products and I think that everyone will find something for themselves, well-soundproofed rooms with individual air conditioning, everyday cleaning, water free of charge and a free bar for a fee.It is true that in some places you can see a tooth of time, but it is not important unless you find a malcontent"
