GGuest UserOutstanding customer services in Japan. All staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Johnson. Staff were very proactive and professional. Feel welcoming staying here in the hotel and we all enjoy the stay very much. Hardware is also awesome. New, very clean, comfortable room and bedding. Plenty of free parking space in front and just a few steps away from the famous roadside station which serves delicious and signature tea products. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is large, the breakfast is simple but tastes good. The location is a bit biased, but the surrounding facilities are very complete, there are supermarket drugstores, Don Quixote and various restaurants. The building where the hotel is located has hot springs, but there is an additional charge. There is also a bus in front of the main entrance of the hotel. You can take ten minutes to Zhuyuan tram stop. There are Kintetsu and JR respectively. Taxi to Zhuyuan Station is about 1700 yen. It is very convenient to travel. If you want to stay away from the noise of the city, change the environment to experience the pure life of Japanese residents, it is quite recommended to walk around.
