This hotel is just near beach. The location is good. The hotel has so many rooms so that the waiting time might be very long.

I think that place is good

OMG, the room is so so and the bathroom was wet and not so clean. One of the pillow was smell stinky. The hotel was dark i donno why. The staff in reception was not so nice and unfriendly. I got the wrong room not as what i booked. Buat the pool beach was lit and really good

Location was excellent, Hotel lobby looks like it could be 5* but thats as far as it goes. We upgraded to a sea view and paid extra at the desk and the service was awful. Bad breakfast selection, no remote in the bedroom, no working fridge, no coffee/tea selection in room, watered down shampoo/body wash, maids coming into the room whilst in shower although we have do not disturb on, thin walls so u can hear people slamming doors and watching TV, our nights were sleepless due to noise and when we complained to the receptionist nothing was done about it. Painful beds as springs broken She charged me extra for city tax aswell, Do not stay here and just pay more and go down to the Movenpick as you will get both service and benefits.
