"The hotel's breakfast is good, Indonesian local characteristics. The staff is also nice. There is also a small pool, but there is no time to try. Be sure to try next time. The WIFI signal in the room is a bit unsatisfactory."

"In the beginning there was a shortage of everything, until my wife wanted to complain and the tide turned
All shortcomings were supplemented
Even if the breakfast was already cold, it was quickly replenished
Only the fitness room leaves much to be desired, but rarely does anyone exercise there
The food is tasty and cheap, service is good in case of emergencies
All in all a good stay!"

"Booked a double studio room, it turns out it doesn't have an en suite bathroom, just for the experience.. the location is very strategic though.. only because the bathroom is outside.. so the bathroom is not very clean.. even though the room is clean, the AC is also cold.."

"I informed with quite an advance(4 days) that finally I couldn't enjoy my reservation (flight changed by the airline) and I asked them to cancel the night, but they refused.
Of course the booking policy was not refundable but I would have appreciated their consideration and having back my money. I warned in advance, I asked kindly, but no way.
Well, it wasn't their obligation but it wasn't so difficult."
