看到攜程評分很高才選擇了這家酒店。但是到了酒店第一次拿的房間空調整個外殼面罩是脱落的，怕被酒店誤解立馬要求換房間，結果換了房間是臨大馬路的，一夜汽車轟鳴無法入睡，酒店的玻璃隔音極差，嚴重影響休息，慎選此酒店。

We were first time visitors to Columbia this past weekend and look forward to coming back. We visited with two adults and two kids (9,5). There was plenty of room for us all in the double bed room. It was great walking distance to Publix, restaurants, and Assembly street. From front desk to housekeeping, the staff was amazing. They were welcoming and accommodating for all of our requests… which weren’t super abnormal but we didn’t feel like a burden asking questions. Breakfast was great with a great variety… there was something for everyone in our group which made mornings easy on our busy weekend here. Will definitely keep SpringHill Suites on our list of places to stay when we return.

rundown place, noisy room, squeeling pipes in the walls, lit like a morgue, didn't want to touch anything... checked out after one night and management refused to offer a refund

Property has potential. It just needs more attentive care, e.g. replacing missing closet door in room, repairing clogged sink in bathroom, and including ironing board in the room.

the carpets inside the room were extremely dirty. I accidentally dropped a dark colored garment on the floor and picked it up immediately, but it came up with unbelievable amount of dust and lint attached. didn't seem that carpet has ever been vacuumed.
