Big room, wide spread of varieties for breakfast. Staff are friendly

Ritz Carlton is a Fantastic hotel. We've satisfied with all services and facilities. The room is very clean and comfy. So many kind of food in Breakfast and all are delicious. Location of the hotel is easy to reach. We have a special request for my daughter birthday...and this hotel made a simple birthday decoration..we appreciate it.. Thank you Ritz Carlton Hotel,, We never forget all nice experience in this hotel..and we decided to spend next journey to Ritz Carlton Hotel 🤩

If you look at the photos i uploaded, it feel like we are not in Ritz Carlton, a brand that sharply promise its excellent services. I dont know what happen to them, but check in only 2 desk, and another spot of check in at very crowd q as well. Guest just waiting like in a bus terminal and while seeing check in process took 30 minutes avg per one guest. Staff promise to take care my room key, but very surprise she only made a statement and never appear to follow up on her promise to me. They just horrible not at the right time, new year holiday season. I just get into my room at 4PM and still without room key, so i am waiting there without any room light.

The service was great, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great and lots of choices, definitely will come back again.

Stay here because we have an event celebrating our Mom birthday in one of their venue. Room is huge !! With TWO KING BED in the room which is awesome ! The only one hotel I find with Two King Bed provided in their basic room ! Breakfast are great. Service is superb.

The breakfast buffet was great 👍 Mr Duffan assists us nicely. The room is spacious.

Average stay, lots of staff standing around but the service is nothing like Raffles and St Regis in Jakarta. The breakfast was atrocious. Waiting for more than 5 minutes each time for the buffet to be replenished. The buffet dinner wasn't much better either, tasteless prawns and seafood. Very disappointed in Ritz Carlton, it seems at this hotel standards have really dropped. Would not stay here again.

Overall a really good relaxing stay. Snagged a good deal for a top tier hotel. Hotel was a little old but well maintained. Breakfast buffet had a good spread and amenities in the hotel looked great but didn’t get a chance to use it. Area around the hotel is rather safe to walk and was near the Lotte mall.

Very comfortable stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities was awesome. Stay here twice will come back for a third

Was a real mess checking in -this is not really a Ritz Carlton its "Ritz Carlton by the Locals" -new brand of Ritz Carlton? -finally took me until 5.15pm to check in having arrived 2pm -Suite like a down market 3 star Hotel -cheap wooden floors -like living in an Ikea/Informa showroom ?-bed and bedding great -food everything I tasted great -staff stressed and under pressure -not a place I would go back to again

Room is very spacious. Location central at Mega Kuningan. Staff hospitality is superb. Definitely the right choice of hotel.

Great luxury hotel located in the Jakarta business district! Clean rooms and perfect service, really recommended. However, I want to highlight that photos on the Trip.com app for standard rooms do not reflect the real design of offered rooms (there are club rooms). Probably, this is a mistake.
