"The people at the hotel are very sweet and accommodating but they need to do better when cleaning hotel rooms…the sink smelled like sewer water. I thought it’s just one night but every time we turned it on it was a strong odor. I felt gross even washing my hands, let alone brushing my teeth. The drain should be cleaned at hotels. The vents were full of dirt. I had my baby and it just disappointed me more than anything..it felt dirty. It was too late to switch or do anything. Please do better for the health of others."

"I booked the hotel through Ctrip.com. The following is the booking and check-in process. There is no right or wrong, because I don't know much about the California hotel model: First, you need to prepay a room reservation fee of RMB 1,470 for online booking, and then the hotel charges an additional US$75 + breakfast fee of 12/person (later I reported to the platform that it can be refunded). At present, these two fees have not been refunded (I have checked out of the hotel for 4 days). Although the breakfast does not have many varieties, it is enough to enjoy, the hygiene is also good, and the environment is a very quiet neighborhood (this is really great). The parking fee is US$27/day, and pets are US$75 for the whole trip"
