My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room is spacious. The only downside is that the room temperature is centralized, and it became quite warm during our stay (with outside temperatures ranging from 18-22°C, while the room temperature was 22-25°C). However, the hotel staff swiftly rectified the issue by providing us with an air cooler and offering complimentary breakfast. Additionally, they gifted us fruits upon check-out. The service was truly superb. One thing to note is that the hotel is located far from the city, about a 45-minute car ride from the main tourist attractions.

FANGZHENG1985Our stay with the kids was fantastic! Before we even checked in, the concierge created a group chat to help with all the arrangements. We had originally booked a room without a package, but the concierge upgraded us to a suite for free, no questions asked! They also included so many perks like the minibar, zoo tickets, and even a farewell gift when we checked out, haha – honestly, I can't find a single thing to complain about! Any questions in the chat were answered instantly. After we checked out, my child left some clothes behind, and they even sent them back to me via顺丰 (SF Express), which was incredibly thoughtful! The hotel offers great privacy, and the kids' club, public hot springs, and heated pool were all excellent. The staff proactively provided children's toiletries. The underfloor heating in the room was comfortable, and we could enjoy the private hot spring anytime. The hotel is right next to the Garden Expo Park, making it a one-stop shop for entertaining the kids. My child didn't want to leave; if I didn't have a business trip the next day, I would have extended our stay. I'm planning to come back in the autumn to enjoy a few more days. A big thank you to the staff in the chat for their attentive and comprehensive service!

DiexinqingqingNanjing Shangri-La: An absolutely fantastic experience! ✨
**I. Location & Self-Driving Parking**
1. **Unbeatable Location:** The hotel directly faces the rear entrance of Xuanwu Lake, just a 5-minute walk to the lakeside, allowing you to avoid the crowds at Xuanwu Gate. It's a 2-minute walk from Metro Line 1, only a 10-minute drive to Nanjing Railway Station, and offers smooth driving routes to Laomendong, Deji Plaza, and Nanjing University Xianlin Campus. Getting around is incredibly convenient.
2. **Perfect for Drivers:** The free underground parking garage has plenty of spaces, including EV charging stations. Entry and exit are easy, with no need to fight for spots or worry about timed payments. This is ideal for families with children or long-distance drivers, completely eliminating parking hassles, and is far more accommodating than most five-star hotels in the city center.
3. **Quiet Oasis in the City:** Located in the bustling Gulou central business district, the rooms are remarkably quiet once the windows are closed. Enjoy a stroll by Xuanwu Lake before bed and witness the sunrise over the lake in the morning – the ambiance is absolutely perfect.
**II. Room Environment, Lake View & Facilities**
1. **Spacious Rooms with Stunning Views:** Standard rooms start at 45 sqm, offering ample space that feels open and unconstrained. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provide direct views of Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain. In a high-floor lake-view room, pulling back the curtains in the morning reveals the lake bathed in golden light, filling your entire view. The city skyline at sunset is breathtakingly beautiful and incredibly therapeutic.
2. **Well-Maintained and Thoughtful Details:** Although the hotel has been open for many years, it feels classic rather than old. Public areas and rooms are impeccably maintained, and housekeeping is meticulous. The bathroom is dry and odor-free, the mattress is neither too soft nor too firm, and the scenic bathtub paired with L'Occitane toiletries makes for an incredibly indulgent bathing experience with lake views. Guests receive complimentary welcome fruit and a handwritten greeting card – a truly heartwarming detail. For children, the hotel provides a 'little yellow duck' toy and kids' toiletries, making it very family-friendly.
3. **Excellent Soundproofing:** The sound insulation is superb, effectively blocking out noise from elevators and hallways, ensuring a restful sleep during your travels. Amenities are comprehensive, and the stable Wi-Fi speed is perfect for both work and entertainment.
**III. Service Reputation (The Legacy of a Classic Five-Star)**
1. **Consistently High Service Standards:** The concierge, front desk, and housekeeping staff are all polite and attentive. You can communicate your needs via WeChat before arrival, and requests for room upgrades, extra beds, or luggage storage are handled quickly. Even minor issues are resolved properly, with no perfunctory service, creating a very comfortable, butler-style experience.
2. **Efficient Check-in/Check-out:** The process is quick and efficient, with no long queues. Luggage handling, transfers, and taxi services are thorough and thoughtful, making travel with seniors and children completely stress-free. The service feels personal, without the distant formality sometimes found in star-rated hotels.
**IV. Dining – The Biggest Highlight (A Must-Praise Point)**
1. **Breakfast is Top-Tier!** The selection covers both Western and Chinese cuisine. The freshly cooked duck blood vermicelli soup, Gaigai noodles, and soup dumplings are authentic and delicious, rivaling famous street-side eateries in Nanjing. Desserts, seafood, hot dishes, and freshly squeezed juices are all available. With service until 10:30 AM, you can sleep in and enjoy a leisurely meal without any pressure.
2. **Home to the Black Pearl Two-Diamond Jiangnanzao Chinese Restaurant:** This restaurant serves authentic Huaiyang cuisine. The clear-broth lion's head, salted duck, and squirrel-shaped mandarin fish are all expertly prepared. There's no need to venture out for fine dining; you can experience Nanjing's top gastronomy right at the hotel. For a truly special experience, dine at Yunfu on the 42nd floor, where lake views perfectly complement the exquisite dishes, adding an extra layer of ritual to your meal.

ChloedadyHad a fantastic two-night stay at the Suning Zhongshan International Golf Hotel. It was incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
The European-style manor, combined with Purple Mountain and the vast golf course, created an amazing environment perfect for photos. The room balcony offered stunning views, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The hotel had all the amenities you could ask for, including a pool and playground. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was gentle and attentive. The whole trip was peaceful and rejuvenating – an excellent escape from the city, and definitely worth a return visit!

Guest UserI finally found the only hot spring guesthouse in Nanjing that offers traditional Balinese massage!! It's amazing! It's versatile, with a beautiful and charming environment that's both sophisticated and down-to-earth! I saw the hot springs on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), but I never expected the massage to be the most unforgettable experience! When the candles were lit and the music started, time seemed to stand still, and the world shrunk to just this one space, instantly relaxing my nerves. The Balinese traditional massage technique lasted half an hour, focusing on my shoulders, neck, and head. You can also choose a foot reflexology massage – it was so relaxing I felt sleepy! After several hot and tiring days of sightseeing in Nanjing, choosing to stay at Xiaoyuan on my last day, soaking in the hot springs and getting a massage, was the perfect way to end my trip – totally worth it! Also, I even saw a wood-fired stove!!! It was beautifully decorated. Next time, I'll invite my friends over to play mahjong and cook a big pot of local dishes [wow][wow][wow]~ By the way, the owner's tomato pasta was also delicious. See you next time!

My stay at Jumeirah this time was incredibly surprising and memorable.
Even before I arrived, the hotel's service had already left a great first impression. The staff member who answered my call in the morning was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They helped me resolve two practical issues regarding check-in and luggage arrangements, explaining everything clearly and efficiently, which made my subsequent arrival at the hotel much smoother.
Later, during check-in, the front desk staff member who assisted me was also very enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful. The entire check-in process was seamless and pleasant; they also went above and beyond to help me with room arrangements, and the final stay experience far exceeded my expectations.
The hotel itself is also outstanding. The overall environment is beautiful and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, elegant, quiet, and comfortable, with great views and a very relaxing ambiance. The bathroom and amenities were particularly impressive; many small details showed the hotel's attentiveness.
What impressed me most this time wasn't just the hotel's facilities, but the genuine service provided by the staff. From the phone communication in the morning to the front desk reception upon arrival, I felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of.
Overall, this was a very pleasant and delightful stay, and one of the most impressive hotels I've stayed at recently. If I return to this city in the future, I would be very willing to choose this place again, and I highly recommend it.

DaodaodemamaA temporary choice for my stay, but easily the best hotel in Nanjing right now. Thanks to Deji Plaza's strong backing, this Ritz-Carlton exudes luxury and attention to detail everywhere you look; the decor is simply beautiful. The hotel was very generous, gifting me a lion plushie, and the room service was also excellent.
However, I did encounter a few minor issues:
1. The cold water tap on one side of the bathroom sink was broken, so only hot water came out.
2. Night-time room service response was quite slow. After several calls, it took about 20 minutes for them to arrive (to deliver an air purifier).
3. When I checked out and mentioned the tap issue, the lady at the front desk had a strange, almost smile-like expression.
Despite these problems I encountered during my stay, all hotel staff resolved them very promptly, so it was still a very good experience overall.

Guest UserNestled along the Yangtze River, the Hilton Nanjing Riverside offers unobstructed panoramic views of the majestic river. The enormous floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest rooms frame the ever-flowing river scenery, while the riverside gardens below burst with lush greenery. As dusk settles, the sky ablaze with the sunset paints the river, and the city lights gradually illuminate, blending urban vibrancy with the vast river landscape. From the comfort of your room, you can privately enjoy the entire picturesque canvas of Nanjing's riverside.

I came to Ziqing Lake for vacation for the third time. It was during the New Year's Day holiday and the room was fully booked. There were queues for meals and hot springs. Fortunately, the service was not discounted. Overall, the management was more standardized than the previous two times. In addition, there was an entrance to the zoo in the hotel, which was really convenient. The facilities in Building 7 were cost-effective, but the hair dryer was a bit old. Halfway through the hair drying, the automatic protection stopped, and half of the hair could only be air-dried
