The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room is spacious. The only downside is that the room temperature is centralized, and it became quite warm during our stay (with outside temperatures ranging from 18-22°C, while the room temperature was 22-25°C). However, the hotel staff swiftly rectified the issue by providing us with an air cooler and offering complimentary breakfast. Additionally, they gifted us fruits upon check-out. The service was truly superb. One thing to note is that the hotel is located far from the city, about a 45-minute car ride from the main tourist attractions.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

I had a wonderful weekend stay at the hotel with my family. The staff, especially the gentleman who assisted us, was friendly and proficient in English. The hotel's prime location offers stunning views, and our room was clean. A crib was also added in the room for my daughter.
However, the apartment we booked for four adults lacked sufficient cutlery and mugs. It would be beneficial to include more basics like plates, especially for families with children. Additionally, having a QR code for ordering from the cafe and viewing spa prices would enhance the experience, reducing the need for constant contact with reception.
The breakfast the next morning was delightful, and overall, I'd gladly return for another visit.

sweethardddOur stay far exceeded expectations. This hotel, built into a former mine, boasts truly stunning architectural design. The curved spaces and wooden elements create an artistic vibe, making every photo opportunity Instagram-worthy. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with breathtaking views of layered mountains and the mine landscape right outside the window – it felt like a hidden paradise. The staff were warm and attentive, making our entire experience, from check-in to check-out, incredibly pleasant. It's the perfect place for a weekend getaway to relax and unwind, definitely worth making a special trip for.

Staying at the Suning Zhongshan Golf Hotel felt like stepping into a secluded European estate. Nestled at the foot of Zijin Mountain, the hotel boasts a serene and beautiful environment, with stunning views of the golf course. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing getaway.
The service was exceptional, from the concierge to the room staff; every employee was warm, attentive, professional, and efficient, making us feel incredibly welcome. The dining was a delightful surprise – whether it was the extensive buffet at the Lan Ting all-day dining restaurant or the exquisite Huaiyang cuisine at Zijin Pavilion, the dishes were varied and of top-notch quality, exceeding all culinary expectations.
This hotel is not only a paradise for golf enthusiasts but also an ideal choice for family vacations. Both the facilities and the overall experience were impeccable. Highly recommended!

My stay at Jumeirah this time was incredibly surprising and memorable.
Even before I arrived, the hotel's service had already left a great first impression. The staff member who answered my call in the morning was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They helped me resolve two practical issues regarding check-in and luggage arrangements, explaining everything clearly and efficiently, which made my subsequent arrival at the hotel much smoother.
Later, during check-in, the front desk staff member who assisted me was also very enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful. The entire check-in process was seamless and pleasant; they also went above and beyond to help me with room arrangements, and the final stay experience far exceeded my expectations.
The hotel itself is also outstanding. The overall environment is beautiful and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, elegant, quiet, and comfortable, with great views and a very relaxing ambiance. The bathroom and amenities were particularly impressive; many small details showed the hotel's attentiveness.
What impressed me most this time wasn't just the hotel's facilities, but the genuine service provided by the staff. From the phone communication in the morning to the front desk reception upon arrival, I felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of.
Overall, this was a very pleasant and delightful stay, and one of the most impressive hotels I've stayed at recently. If I return to this city in the future, I would be very willing to choose this place again, and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I chose The Ritz-Carlton Nanjing for our flower-viewing trip to Nanjing. The day before check-in, the hotel called to ask about our room preferences, and they accommodated what they could.
We opted for the Executive Deluxe King Room, located on the 55th floor. The decor was exquisite, and the facilities were brand new. Welcome fruits were already laid out when we arrived, and the sofa by the window offered fantastic city views.
The Executive Lounge on the 58th floor was spacious and grand, with expansive views of Xuanwu Lake, Jiming Temple, the ancient city wall, and Purple Mountain. We specifically booked an executive room for this lounge, which is renowned as one of the best executive lounges in China. It offers all-day dining with five meals: breakfast (6:30 AM - 10:30 AM), light lunch (11:30 AM - 1:30 PM), afternoon tea (2:30 PM - 4:30 PM), happy hour (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM), and late-night dessert and sweet wine (9:00 PM - 10:30 PM). It felt like we only had an hour to digest between meals – pure bliss!
For breakfast, they had freshly prepared noodles and old duck vermicelli soup. Afternoon tea was served as a complete set, perfect for photos. Dinner menus changed daily, with two freshly prepared specialty dishes each night. I loved many of the options, especially their champagne – absolutely superb! Late-night desserts sometimes included snow pear with white fungus soup, which was delicious, or black sesame paste, or tangyuan with red beans. After eating so much, we'd take a boat ride on the Qinhuai River in the evening and return to the hotel around 9 PM, just in time to enjoy more food after digesting a bit.
Among all the five-star executive rooms I've stayed in, this hotel's executive lounge had the widest variety of dishes and cocktails. We ate from morning till night and didn't even want to leave the hotel.
When we returned to the room in the evening, the turndown service had already been completed. The staff who did the turndown service were incredibly thoughtful; they noticed we enjoyed the bananas from the welcome fruit platter and replenished them every night.
Finally, the staff at The Ritz-Carlton were exceptionally warm and courteous. They would always greet us enthusiastically with ”Welcome back” whenever we met in the hallway, making us feel right at home. This is truly a hotel that makes you fall in love with it after just one night's stay.

charshenThis is an older, traditional five-star hotel. The decor and facilities are quite dated, and the rooms aren't very spacious. In terms of comfort, it might even fall short of newer business hotels like Atour. However, its major advantage is its excellent location and convenient transportation, essentially being a subway-connected hotel (less than 20 meters away). If your goal is to be as close as possible to Xuanwu Lake Scenic Area, then this is an outstanding choice. Breakfast is served in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, offering expansive views, and the variety and quality are fitting for a five-star hotel.

This isn't my first time staying here. With nothing to do on a weekend, I booked a river-view room to just chill and sleep in. Sabrina Li, one of the hotel staff, already knows my check-out preferences and proactively extended my check-out time to 2 PM. Big kudos to her for that! I ordered some takeout (funny story: I ordered a lobster, and the restaurant forgot to include gloves but sent two portions instead 😂😊😊). Enjoying takeout, the river view, a few drinks, and just zoning out – that's another weekend well spent.

I came to Ziqing Lake for vacation for the third time. It was during the New Year's Day holiday and the room was fully booked. There were queues for meals and hot springs. Fortunately, the service was not discounted. Overall, the management was more standardized than the previous two times. In addition, there was an entrance to the zoo in the hotel, which was really convenient. The facilities in Building 7 were cost-effective, but the hair dryer was a bit old. Halfway through the hair drying, the automatic protection stopped, and half of the hair could only be air-dried
