I have always trusted and supported Ctrip recommendations. Yantai Fulitai Hotel is indeed cost-effective and the service is very considerate and thoughtful. First of all, I arrived late and had to take care of the elderly and children. The beauty at the front desk ”Xiao Ai” thoughtfully upgraded the room so that the two rooms that I booked were close to each other. Secondly, the hotel room software and hardware were very good, the facilities were very new, and there was a big bathtub. My kids loved it. The room was very clean and there were fruits. The hotel was in a good location. It was close to Yantai Food Street, Yantai South Railway Station and Yangma Island, which made it easier to travel and save time. Finally, the concierge guy ”Wang Guanjie” was really nice. I also have to give a 👍🏻 for helping the elderly with their luggage, accompanying them all the way to the room, introducing delicious food, and providing considerate service throughout the process. On the way back to catch the high-speed train, the concierge ”Wang Xiaojun” specially sent the luggage to the other side of the road, which is really awesome. [powerful]. All in all, the experience is overwhelming. I will choose Fulitai [Rose] next time I come to Yantai.

The hotel's location is fantastic. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get to almost all the attractions like Suochengli, Chaoyang Street, Yantai Mountain, Fisherman's Wharf, Yangma Island, and Penglai Pavilion. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady – she was incredibly kind and responsible. The hotel breakfast was freshly prepared, varied, clean, and delicious. All in all, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back!

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was warm and thoughtful, making for a super comfortable stay. The garage was under maintenance, but the front desk staff enthusiastically helped us find a parking space. Breakfast was also good, with a great selection of dishes, pastries, fruits, and more!

They upgraded our room, and my kids absolutely loved it! They're big My Little Pony fans, so seeing the unicorn made them incredibly happy. This is our second time staying at this hotel because the overall experience – food, accommodations, and activities – is fantastic, and the service is excellent too. That's why we chose to come back, and I've already recommended it to friends.

The room was great, with a broad sea view. It was very clean, and the cleaning lady was both enthusiastic and diligent. Breakfast was just okay; the staff all looked tired, and the food was bland. I even got an upset stomach the next day. Ugh. Perhaps because it's on the outskirts of Yantai, the hotel's location isn't particularly convenient. You have to rely entirely on ride-hailing apps, and all the attractions are spread out. After two days, my taxi fares were more expensive than my food. If you don't have a car, I wouldn't recommend staying here. I'm giving 5 stars mainly because of the room. The pool, shared with the adjacent Westin, is small and crowded, and the changing rooms are dirty. I wouldn't recommend using it.

During the May Day holiday, all the hotels I had collected were out of rooms, so I found this hotel by chance. The hotel is newly opened, the facilities are very new, the staff is very dedicated, and they have a strong sense of proactive service. It is also very convenient to shop at restaurants near the hotel. The morning was very rich, and they took the initiative to send a breakfast to the children. The facilities in the room are good, the only regret is that the refrigerator in the room has no power supply and cannot be used normally. I hope it will be improved as soon as possible.

This hotel is very close to Jinshatan Park. The room was clean, and there was bottled water provided. The breakfast had a great variety of dishes, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thumbs up!

The lighting in the room is really super good. The sun shines directly into the room in the morning. The balcony can directly see the sea. The scenery is super beautiful. The accommodation sea view room is perfect.

It is very convenient to go to Zhifu Square, Yantai Mountain, Chaoyang Street, Fisherman's Wharf, East Fort, etc. The windows of the room are large and it is very healing to lie on the bed and watch the sea. We will also send us milk every night, this service is very good. The children have a place to do handicrafts in the lobby on the first floor, and they are very happy. The hotel service is also very good in all details, and every staff member is very kind. The only dissatisfaction is breakfast, saying that it is 9:40 to receive the meal, but 9 o'clock to go to a lot of things are gone, the hotel is no longer added. In fact, before 9:20, the restaurant was still full of people, and I couldn't drink anything in the restaurant at 9:10. The juice milk black tea was all bottomed out, and no more added. The beef soup of noodles was gone... There were only a few pieces of fruit left, and there were rotten... alas. I have been around a lot of circles and I don’t know what else to eat... In the end, I ate late at about 9:45 and I haven’t finished eating. I think the staff are cleaning. I want to say if I can pack the ones that have not been finished. I leave early and it is more convenient for them to clean. Tell me that I can't pack... But I obviously saw someone using the hotel's packing box to pack a lot of fruit to take away, and I don't know what happened.
