"1. The environment is excellent! Other than the room being a bit small and the bed being a bit small, there are no flaws; it's very clean.
2. You can search for ANEUK Hotel on Naver Maps (searching for 'annk' won't work).
3. The lobby on the first floor offers self-service ice, a hot water dispenser, a coffee bar, and disposable tableware, all free of charge! This is fantastic. However, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
4. Although it's not super close to the city center, the subway is quite convenient. There's a bus stop about 50 meters away that goes to many places. It's relatively close to Hongdae; just a bus ride across the river.
5. Downstairs, there are tons of shops, the kind locals frequent. Eating grilled beef intestines with beer is incredibly satisfying. Plus, ordering takeout is very convenient."

The room was great, located on the 23rd floor with a stunning lake view. When I booked, I selected a three-person meal option for two adults and one child. The price for a two-person meal and a three-person meal was different at the time of booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that one of the meals in my three-person package was a complimentary children's meal. Since my child is 13 years old, exceeding the 12-year age limit, they were not eligible for the free buffet breakfast, and I was asked to pay. To avoid disrupting our travel plans and mood, I paid for the meal. However, I find this explanation completely unacceptable. I purchased a three-person meal package, but at the hotel, it was treated as if I bought two meals and received one free. If I had known it was a complimentary meal from the hotel, why would I not just book the two-person meal package and save some money?! I urge Trip.com and the hotel to communicate and provide a satisfactory resolution.

RenzhenrenThis hotel is perfectly located! It's just south of Seoul City Hall Square and west of Myeongdong. The subway station is only a few dozen meters from the lobby entrance, and Sejong-daero is right to the west. It's also not far from the major palaces and Namsan, so the location couldn't be better. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. While the facilities might feel a bit more compact compared to newly built five-star hotels in China, they are well-maintained and perfectly adequate. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Guest UserThe lobby is gorgeous and has a great style. The room isn't big, but I found it quite cozy, and it was very quiet at night, so I slept soundly. We booked a twin room, but the two beds were quite small, only about a meter wide each. We had two small children with us, and the front desk charged an extra 200 yuan or so per person per day, which I found quite unreasonable. If they had provided extra towels, toiletries, or even an extra duvet, or a small toy (without being asked), it would have felt like we were getting something for that value. But as it was, there was no difference compared to not paying, especially since even toothbrushes cost extra. As for cleanliness, don't scrutinize the details too much; a germaphobe would have to turn a blind eye. For example, the bathtub felt dirty to the touch, and there was hair wrapped around the faucet, but we probably wouldn't use it anyway, so don't dwell on it too much.

Guest UserEverything else was top-notch and, in many ways, exceeded our experiences at other Four Seasons properties. However, one aspect we found disappointing was the strict minimum spending requirement per guest. We were traveling with children, yet regardless of their age, we were required to meet a minimum spend of approximately $150 per person to be seated at both the terrace restaurant and the Japanese restaurant. Even at the Italian restaurant, we felt pressured to order both appetizers and main courses for the children. While the food and service were excellent, these policies made dining with a family feel less welcoming and detracted from an otherwise outstanding stay.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Although it's located halfway up a hill, there's a shuttle bus for tourists to Myeongdong and Hannam-dong, and it's also very convenient to call an Uber or a taxi right outside. If you don't go out, you can easily spend half a day at the hotel's swimming pool and gym during the day, and the lobby bar in the evening has a great ambiance with live music.
Ambiance: The hotel has a very old-money feel. The window views are beautiful, and the colors of the mountain forest change with the seasons, which I imagine would also change one's experience of the hotel. The rooms are very beautiful; I highly recommend a mountain-view room.
Service: The service is exceptionally attentive, breaking away from traditional Korean service. There are staff members at every point, especially in the gym and dining areas, who guide you, so you won't feel lost or confused when you go by yourself.

Hygiene: Very clean, the room was great, they even helped with an extra bed.
Facilities: Excellent, the lunch buffet was delicious, reasonably priced, and had a great variety. The steak on the second floor was also very good.

Guest UserI highly recommend UH SUITE The Coex! The room was spacious, perfect for multiple guests, and the overall environment was clean and elegant, making for a very comfortable stay. I accidentally lost my phone on the airport bus and was in a complete panic. Anna at the front desk patiently helped me connect with the bus's lost and found center throughout the entire process. She made repeated calls, assisted with email verification, confirmed the retrieval procedure, and followed up every step of the way until my phone was successfully returned. The staff were attentive and responsible, proactively coordinating the pickup at Seolleung Station. Their service was thoughtful and thorough, perfectly resolving my urgent situation. The service attitude was gentle and professional, and they handled problems efficiently and reliably. I am incredibly grateful to Anna and the front desk team for their warm help. My entire stay experience was simply perfect, and I would wholeheartedly recommend choosing this hotel for your trip to Seoul! Thank you, Anna, and thank you to all the staff!

The location was great, right behind the station. Having a 7-Eleven right next door and a supermarket nearby was perfect for enjoying tangerines in the jacuzzi. The heating worked well, and the welcome drink being Kooksoondang Makgeolli was a delightful surprise. Although the wish paper and incense burner were gone, traditional games like Yutnori and Gonggi were still available.
The amenities included shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrushes, and disposable toothpaste. There was also a separate foot towel, and plenty of regular towels (6-8 sheets). The herbal tea bag for the jacuzzi had a lovely subtle scent.
My only minor complaints were a nail on top of the bathroom towel, a loose power outlet, and while the portable standing TV was a nice touch, there was no remote control. The soundproofing wasn't great; I could often hear the TV, conversations, laughter, and even what was being discussed from the next room. Also, if you opened the jacuzzi window curtain, you had a clear view into the windows of the villa opposite, so it's probably best to keep it closed.
Despite these small issues, it was a charming place, and at this price point, I'd say it's worth coming to enjoy at least once.
