"Overall, this hotel was average. It was acceptable for a short stay, but there were a few inconveniences. The air-conditioning had some issues and did not function very well, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean, and cleanliness seemed acceptable. Some basic amenities were not provided, such as toothbrushes, which had to be purchased separately. This felt a bit inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay. Most instructions and signage were in Korean only, which made things less clear for foreign guests, but we managed eventually. One important point is that WeFeel should clearly provide both an English address and a Korean address. When we used Uber from the city area, the location was confusing and made it feel like we were heading into a very remote area. This could easily worry first-time visitors, so clearer address information would be very helpful. Facilities were basic and nothing special. Overall, the hotel is manageable but quite ordinary, with room for improvement in guest convenience and clarity."

"The rooms were clean and recently renovated. The hotel is high tech with your phone being your room key. Breakfast was included in our stay and although options was limited and simple it was filling enough. Sausage, scrambled eggs and toast. Yoghurt with granola. Salad and cheese. Tea, coffee, juice. Cereal and milk. The staff was friendly and nice with daily housekeeping cleaning the room. The location was excellent with the subway nearby with lots of restaurants nearby. Lots more young locals out and about in this neighbourhood."

"It was cleaner than I expected, which was great, and I had a comfortable stay without any major issues. My only concern is that the front desk is often unstaffed, so it might be a bit challenging if any problems arise. However, for experienced travelers, I don't foresee any major difficulties. The location is excellent, being very close to the subway station and the airport bus stop right nearby. It's also conveniently close to the London Bagel Museum."

Hotel near Seoul Station,Seoul
The Seoul Station Rang provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Seoul will find that the Seoul Station Rang is a fantastic accommodation choice. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Seoul Station located approximately 800m away and Gimpo International Airport roughly 15km away. Just a short walk from Seoul Station Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Myeong-dong, Love Lock Wall of N Seoul Tower and Seoullo7017 all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

"Super easy to find, practically a straight walk from Seoul Station! The room was a little on the small side, but it was perfectly adequate for a brief stopover before heading back home after visiting other regions. The air conditioning was tricky to manage; it would get too cold with it on and too warm with it off. It required some self-management, like keeping it on, dressing warmly, and using blankets."

GGuest UserThis hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as a classic luxury hotel. The decor and facilities are exquisite. The desserts on the first floor are absolutely delicious, and it's conveniently located right across from Shilla Duty Free, and quite close to Dongdaemun as well.

AAnonymous UserExcellent, truly lives up to its six-star rating, but there's still room for improvement. The service is great; every staff member is incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. I didn't have time to try out the facilities this time, but I'll definitely be back. Next time, I hope to stay a bit longer.

RRenzhenrenThis hotel is perfectly located! It's just south of Seoul City Hall Square and west of Myeongdong. The subway station is only a few dozen meters from the lobby entrance, and Sejong-daero is right to the west. It's also not far from the major palaces and Namsan, so the location couldn't be better. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. While the facilities might feel a bit more compact compared to newly built five-star hotels in China, they are well-maintained and perfectly adequate. Overall, it offers great value for money.

AAnonymous UserThe first morning I woke up to a strong smell of urine in the room, but it was fine on the second day. Breakfast was normal on the first day, but on the second day (the 9:30 slot), there was a huge queue. The local guests were really over the top; people were even queuing for fruit, and green bananas were being snatched up – it was quite a sight to behold! But it's still much better than staying at Lotte Tower. At least the front desk service was excellent, and the staff were proactive when I left the hotel. Plus, the surrounding area is great for walking around and exploring, a vast improvement over Lotte.

GGuest UserThis Four Seasons has a pretty good location, but the property itself feels a bit dated. Breakfast is served in the basement, and the dim lighting there didn't create a great ambiance. When I ordered coffee, the server simply brought me a whole pot to pour myself. I was like, 'Are you kidding me?!' The beds in the room were a bit small and couldn't be pushed together, but since we were determined not to stay in the Jiangnan area, we just had to make do. The hairdryer in the room was absolutely terrible – you'd think a five-star hotel would have Dyson as standard by now, wouldn't you? And for four of us, they consistently only provided two hand towels 🙄. The only silver lining was the transfer driver, Jadon. Big thumbs up to him! 👍🏻 Oh, and the window writing service and the resident dog were also nice touches, which is why I still gave it 4 stars.

GGuest UserI rarely write hotel reviews, but I just had to for this one! Today, I decided to explore a different area and moved to a hotel in Hongdae. The contrast was shocking – both are in popular Seoul areas, but the difference was huge! On that note, I'm going to call out 9 Bricks Hotel Hongdae as one to avoid. I'll be reviewing them when I check out tomorrow… Now, let me praise L'escape – the location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by Hoehyeon Station on Subway Line 4, Exit 7. From the escalator at the exit, there are signs directing you to the hotel! Honestly, you don't even need the signs because you can see the hotel as soon as you step out onto the street. There's a slight uphill walk, and as I was halfway up with my luggage, a hotel staff member came running out to help! The service was incredible! 👍 If you don't go above ground from Exit 7, the other direction leads directly into Shinsegae Department Store. It’s a multi-story department store with food, a duty-free shop, luxury goods, and affordable items – great for browsing! Outside on the ground level of Shinsegae, there's a 3D mega-screen, similar to the one at Taikoo Li in Chengdu, but much more visually appealing and with fewer advertisements. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Myeongdong. As a proper tourist, Myeongdong is a must-visit! Especially after exploring Hongdae today… I really want to go back to Myeongdong! 😢 Now, about the hotel itself (my picture arrangement is a bit messy, can't adjust it yet…) The hotel itself has a distinctive style. It might feel a little old-fashioned and perhaps not ideal for families with young children, but it's clean, tidy, and still very refined! Even the elevators are decorated, somewhat reminiscent of The Ritz in London. The toiletries are BYREDO, just like at Six Senses. The mini-bar is completely free, and the Nespresso capsules and chocolates are excellent. The hotel's restaurant is Michelin-starred year after year – not cheap, but certainly fantastic. The Tea Lounge was closed by the time I arrived, but I'm sure it's also wonderful. The bar on the 26th floor is very chill, and you can get great photos with ease! The postcards provided in the room are beautiful, and they even offer free mailing! I also love the design of the notepads and the toiletry packaging – the hand-drawn illustration style is gorgeous! The hotel service is also excellent. Most of the staff speak English and are always ready to help with luggage, calling taxis, and opening car doors. In summary, it's a high-end hotel service experience through and through! But I only paid just over 800 RMB for my stay – it far exceeded my expectations! Next time I come to Seoul, I will 100% rebook this hotel.

HHeather BrowneI thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at the Grand Hyatt. It was the perfect place for a relaxing yet invigorating reset before a two-week trip around Korea. The hotel is well situated for those who do not mind a bit of effort: Namsan Park is nearby if you are in the mood for a refreshing but fairly challenging hike, and Itaewon and Hannam are close enough for culture, dining, and a livelier atmosphere. That said, I would not recommend it as a first-time base for someone visiting Seoul, as it is not the kind of hotel where you can simply walk out of the lobby and begin exploring. However, I would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to recharge, enjoy stunning views, and make full use of the hotel’s outstanding facilities.

GGuest UserAn absolutely wonderful experience! We arrived at the hotel before check-in time on a very cold day, and needed to put more clothes on our child. The staff thoughtfully provided us with an unoccupied room to get settled and bundle up, which was incredibly considerate. The reception staff (a young woman and a young man) spoke a little Chinese. I then asked them for travel advice. They were so welcoming and helpful, assisting me with booking Busan train tickets online, calling places I wanted to visit, and making reservations for activities. The young man even took us to a convenience store to buy subway cards and sent me daily itinerary directions. I booked a triple room, which was a two-bedroom apartment, perfect for our family of four. It had a living room and a hot spring bath, and was clean and tidy. Each bed was 1.5 meters wide, which is quite rare. The space was spacious and comfortable. Downstairs, there are aesthetic clinics, hair salons, and several convenience stores. The subway station is also within a 5-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. You can also walk to a huge shopping mall, which includes a luxury department store like LV, as well as a general shopping complex with plenty of dining and shopping options. We will definitely come back next time!

GGuest UserThe location was great, right behind the station. Having a 7-Eleven right next door and a supermarket nearby was perfect for enjoying tangerines in the jacuzzi. The heating worked well, and the welcome drink being Kooksoondang Makgeolli was a delightful surprise. Although the wish paper and incense burner were gone, traditional games like Yutnori and Gonggi were still available. The amenities included shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrushes, and disposable toothpaste. There was also a separate foot towel, and plenty of regular towels (6-8 sheets). The herbal tea bag for the jacuzzi had a lovely subtle scent. My only minor complaints were a nail on top of the bathroom towel, a loose power outlet, and while the portable standing TV was a nice touch, there was no remote control. The soundproofing wasn't great; I could often hear the TV, conversations, laughter, and even what was being discussed from the next room. Also, if you opened the jacuzzi window curtain, you had a clear view into the windows of the villa opposite, so it's probably best to keep it closed. Despite these small issues, it was a charming place, and at this price point, I'd say it's worth coming to enjoy at least once.
